Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

The salesman was very helpful and easy to work with. He was honest and knowledgeable as well. Overall a good timely experience.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Drew was super helpful and made sure we found the car that checked all of our boxes and fit our budget. Would definitely buy another car from them in the future.

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

Although we ended up buying a car at another dealership, I was very impressed with the pleasant and informative staff at Murdock VW. Drew spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and responding to all of our texts. Though we ended up deciding on a different brand, I would not hesitate recommending to anyone in the market for a car to stop in and see Drew or any of the fine staff at Murdock VW of Logan.

Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

I bought this car for a steal, made a few repairs and upgrades, and just love driving it! I was surprised I liked it so much. It's roomy, the leather is amazing, especially with heated seats! Huge sunroof, decent gas mileage. It looks better than most SUVs and crossovers of the same year. I would definitely buy another Sorento.

THIS CAR SAVED MY BRAIN! Was recently T-Boned and a car with lesser safety design would have left me brain injured. The 2010 CVT is the best model year made due to beefier components. Mine rarely used oil, though some will. Almost always broke EPA mileage estimates in highway. Surprisingly capable off road. Superb in snow/rain. Saved Brain and nothing else matters!!!

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

Very comfortable and reliable. It is a very functional vehicle. Very pleased with it. I would buy again without question. Has all the necessary electronic features.

Recently purchased the Chevrolet Blazer 2LT Midnight Sport Edition SUV and absolutely love this vehicle. The Blazer has a very nice, sporty, and unique design. The 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine delivers plenty of horsepower at 228 HP. I'm used to driving a V6 engine and was concerned about the performance and I can honestly say it delivers a solid performance. It drives very smooth and has great gas mileage, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. The interior is designed well, the cloth seats are comfortable and this Blazer is very spacious. The technology is easy to use and has Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this Chevrolet Blazer to anyone looking for an affordable SUV that looks great and has solid performance.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

My husband and I had the best experience here! I've been a customer for years, owning several vehicles and using the parts and maintenance shop for different things. For this visit, we were able to purchase a 2022 Toyota Rav 4. We had several options picked out from weeks of research, so we got ahold of a representative for one we were interested in. Aaron Bunderson was the one who drew the short straw to help us. My husband and I are a HARD sell; we do our research, ask all the hard questions, and have very specific needs. My husband is also a seasoned mechanic and knows his stuff. Aaron was not intimidated and super genuine and comfortable answering and gathering answers to everything we threw at him. It was like talking to an old trusted friend. If only all the other dealers were like this. We've had some very bad experiences in other dealerships. We have only had it a few days , Initial impression is good . Very comfortable to ride in and this is only the LS version . Probably the only midsize SUV with a V6 that you can still get for $33000 . V6 runs well , can't speak to the mileage yet as it isnt even broken in yet but should get 27-28 mpg out on the highway with a 9 speed auto . As of right now it shifts well . Really like the two tone interior . Has soft touch vinyl . Probably a few. spots on doors where the vinyl is a little hard and looks a little cheap it does not bother me . Exterior wise I like the LED headlights which seem to work well enough . Also like the LED DRL's which turn amber when you put the signal lights on . also has LED taillights and reverse lamps . Interior had LED reading lamps and interior lamps . The auto stop/start has a button to turn it off . This was a must for me . A deal breaker if it did not have it . It is down next to the shifter . The seats on mine are cloth , very nice lighter tan and the cloth is very tough material which should not wear out . Very happy with them and they are reasonably comfortable . The second row will recline a little though not as much as the first row . The second row is a bench type seat as this the LS version which is the cheapest one . Even this version has Blind spot and lane departure warnings, accident avoidance system,Lane keep assist Rear cross traffic alert . These aren't something I really wanted and will actually probably turn them off as I don't need the car manuvering the car on it's own . As far as long term reliability only time will tell . Initailly I see no issues with the car and everything seems to work though I havent really gone thru all features yet , I hope to get 10 years and 150000 miles out of this without a lot of trouble . Don't let me down Chevy .

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

I visited Murdock and one other car dealership before I went to Rich's and all of the salesmen were complete crooks. If they weren't showing me vehicles that I could not afford, they were changing the prices of 20 year old vehicles with max mileage. After hours of Murdock being me, I finally made my way to Rich's and was amazed at how helpful Jacob, Steven, and Rich were. I am a single mother with less than perfect credit and this staff bent over backwards to make it work. They found me a vehicle for a great price with payments that I can afford. Not only was my experience at the dealership absolutely amazing but after the fact they have continued to take care of me. There were a couple issues that I noticed after I drove the car off of the lot and they simply told me to take the car into car smart and they would cover the cost. I got a copy of the work that was done and the bill that was being charged to Rich's and I almost started crying. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to afford that out of my pocket and I would have again been without a save and working vehicle. I am astonished at how respectful, honest, and kind Jacob and the rest of the staff at Rich's are. I truly appreciate everything they've done for me. I would recommend these guys over anyone else in the valley

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!
