We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

This is the 4th car we have bought from this dealership. Each time, we’ve had a different sales rep, and each now has been professional and very kind. The service department is always fabulous, does great work. We bought a Titan today and our rep, Andrew Griglio, was awesome. He took his time, answered all the questions and made the purchase of my new truck a lot of fun! The woman at the front desk, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, was awesome. She was on top of everything. Jim Fronzaglio, the manager, was very friendly and kept checking to make sure we were okay. Also worked a fantastic deal. We didn’t get to see Mark Wolf, the finance manager, as he wasn’t in today. However, he has done the financing for our first three vehicles and love working with him. Thanks guys! I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Recently purchased the Chevrolet Blazer 2LT Midnight Sport Edition SUV and absolutely love this vehicle. The Blazer has a very nice, sporty, and unique design. The 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine delivers plenty of horsepower at 228 HP. I'm used to driving a V6 engine and was concerned about the performance and I can honestly say it delivers a solid performance. It drives very smooth and has great gas mileage, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. The interior is designed well, the cloth seats are comfortable and this Blazer is very spacious. The technology is easy to use and has Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this Chevrolet Blazer to anyone looking for an affordable SUV that looks great and has solid performance.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Have always had professional, efficient, honest and reliable experiences with ohio valley Honda. Have been a customer since I believe late 80s early 9os. Extremely trustworthy and professional.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

I have had the S edition for about a year now. I love this car. Got a good trade-in price for my 2016 Sorento EX. I regularly get between 40-45 mpg. Smooth ride. Comfortable drive. Nimble. Responsive. Highly recommend the car, in spite of Consumer Report trashing it. Oct issue criticized 28 mpg. I don't know what model they tested, but it wasn't mine.

Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

This was my first car buying experience, and wow was it good. I was expecting many more frustrations, setbacks and headaches, but the team at Hertz was phenomenal. I spoke with Frank on the phone to ask a few basic questions about availability of certain vehicles, which he was very helpful with. A few days later I had a short list of cars I was looking at and went to the dealer. Gabe took care of the rest of the process. Even though I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, he was incredibly helpful and stayed late to finish the sale. I never once felt pressured during the whole process. Gabe walked me through virtually every conceivable financing scenario so I could know exactly what my monthly payment would be in the worst and best case scenarios. As for downside, my car hadn't been detailed as it was just recently made available. But, they offered to let me drive it off the lot that day and bring it back a week later to be done at no charge. The prices they offer here are truly unbeatable with truly excellent, customer first staff. Anyone buying their first car should do it here to see how its done.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.
