This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I have a very pleasant experience with AutoNation. I bought my car through Costco and the AutoNation representative; Andy was very helpful and responsive. I knew the trim I wanted based on the desired amenities but Andy was able to point out different packages that gave me much more at a better price point. There was no pressure and when I was ready to buy, he found the perfect car for me and had it delivered to the site.

Temecula Valley Lexus Service turned what could’ve been a vacation-ruining nightmare into a master-class in customer care. While road-tripping from Phoenix, the serpentine belt on my LX570 shredded, wrapped itself around the fan clutch, and mangled the front of the engine bay. Google Maps showed another Lexus dealer closer, yet Temecula Valley Lexus’ spotless looking facility (Google maps pics) and stellar ratings convinced me to gamble on the longer tow—and I’m grateful I did. Even though I rolled up in a rented Chevy work truck, the service team welcomed me like I’d just driven onto their service drive floor with my lexus. Service Consultant Adam Caughron listened patiently to my whole “out-of-state, vacation-clock-is-ticking” tale and, despite a no appointments available schedule for days, promised to make my LX a priority. By the next morning he’d already called with a clear diagnosis and confirmed parts on order. The next couple evenings, Adam and the technician (an unsung hero I wish I’d caught by name) stayed past 10:30 p.m., both wrenching side-by-side to get me back on the road. The following day I picked up a perfectly repaired LX, checked out of my rental vehicle, and headed home on schedule. Adam even gave me his personal number and asked me to text when I arrived safely—service that goes far beyond the job description. Temecula Valley Lexus knows I’m unlikely to become a regular customer from hundreds of miles away in another state, yet they treated me as if I were family. This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.
