This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I purchases the 2014 Venza used with 30K miles. Over the next 7 years I put 80K miles on it. I didn't have one issue with the car. If you're seeking a comfortable ride that requires very little, this is the car for you!!!

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

He called me back in a couple days and said they had what I wanted. We didn't mind the 3 1/2 drive to go pick up the car. He went through everything with us and answered all our questions. Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Great dealership with great people! Some of the complaints about wanting to return a car after driving it off the lot make no sense. If a car is out of warranty, buy a warranty. It is that simple. The customer is not always right, and it is frustrating to see people unfairly bash a dealership full of hardworking professionals. I had a great experience purchasing my 911. It was sold as is, and when they offered me a warranty, I made the responsible choice and bought it. That is just part of being an adult buyer. The process was smooth and professional. I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. Nah, not interested. He mentioned a few things about it and said just sit in it. WOW!!! This is definitely the one for me!!! I have never been excited about a car, even my Jaguar. But this one, I fell in love with. There was never any pressure to buy. Shawn and Ed answered all our questions. The other thing I liked was there was really no dickering on my trade in, the Jag. Just received my 2023 Bronco! Let me just say that it looks even better in person. I have been looking for a custom Bronco for a while and theirs really stood out.
