I had a unique situation (accident and seeking a replacement vehicle with a limited budget). They worked a used truck deal into my budget and dealt with a slightly unusual lender issue (had my own lender from previously wrecked truck and insurance issues, etc). I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Both sales representatives provided helpful answers and let me guide my purchasing experience. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience. The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

I purchased the 2017 GMC Yukon XL then great shape I had 90,000 miles I purchased the vehicle the following day drove it home and later that evening had issues with the transmission I contacted the dealership it told me to bring your vehicle back in after checking the vehicle they realized that they're definitely was an issue they gave me another car they service the transmission took 10 days to get my vehicle back the dealership drove it to me which was an hour and 15 minutes away I've had it for 5 days now and haven't had any issues as of yet hopefully there will be no further issues

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

Just purchased a 2025 Ridgeline Black Edition truck today at Classic Honda in Streetsboro. Jack Mullins was our sales guy and Zach C was the Finance guy. This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Ross was wonderful, very attentive,Carol was super sweet and good at her job.Our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was to be detailed but as we got it home, seats were dusty, steering wheel was black and greasy. I did it myself. 5⭐'s to all except the detailer, needs retrained. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is probably going to be the best car I ever own! Highly reliable, easy to drive and fun to go off roading in. This is the Lexus version of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and that should be enough information right there. If you get one of these beast, hold on to it!

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!
