I cannot say enough about this place! I walked in, needed to get an idea of what could be done on my car since it's through another dealership and they were more than happy to accommodate and help with the problems. I had two things that were wrong with the car(or so I was told from the other dealership) and Butler came back with all these other problems wrong with the car. They called me and let me know what all was wrong with the car. A few things will be completed today and the others in the future. This is the first time I've gone to Butlers and I can simply say, they are a lot better than what I had. I can see why so many people love coming here. Everyone I have spoken to through here is genuinely polite and care to help their customers. I'll continuously come here and have work done on my car. Service department is fantastic. I have to thank a certain person, Brandon Collins. He's the one that got the ball moving with all of this and the kindness just flows through that building. Thank you butler for being so great!

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

When you invest the kind of money one does now days in a vehicle, you want a competent sales person who is patient and professional. You especially want one who goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Ricky is just that, when you go to Butlers be sure you ask for Ricky, he's outstanding to deal with and will be there to assist you, even after the sale. The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle due to a last minute deal, the operations manager Brandan Collins who was assisting me was informative, easy to work with, and super friendly. Overall Butler Auto was a great, even if brief, experience.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander from Butler's back in 2018 for my growing family and it was a great car!! I just recently was able to trade in and upgrade for a beautiful 2021 GMC Acadia and Noah went above and beyond to help me find the right car. He was so patient, let me drive all the cars I had seen online (even stayed late to do so) just to be sure I was making the right choice, answered all my questions in stride, and also helped me weigh my pros and cons for each choice I had. traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

I have been driving my car since 11-20-2025, it's a great car. It's realiable and has great features. The only down side is thst the stereo could be better but, nonetheless it's an overall well-rounded car. Plenty of space and just enough bells and whistles to not want anything else.

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I totaled by car in March of 2018. I had $4000 to put down on a new vehicle. I was looking at replacing my 2012 Ford Edge with a newer model, but what I wanted would have cost me $43,000. My rental had been a 2018 Nissan Rogue, and I LOVED it, so I knew that was an option. I went to Serafini in Binghamton and had a bad experience with one of the salesman, who basically told me that if my father co-signed for me, he would have to be there in person to sign the papers. Since he lives in Florida, that was an issue. So, I went to Country Club. I met with Bill Reeves, and it was an awesome experience. He overnighted the papers to my father that he needed to sign, and paid for return shipping. I got everything I wanted (panoramic sunroof, back up camera, etc) for $38,000, with a payment under $300. I love my Nissan Rogue! My husband is now looking into a Titan through Bill, my experience went so well. Y’all have a permanent customer with me and my family!

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

We just purchased a new 2019 NIssan Murano, a holdover from last year, and got a really great deal. This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from them. I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....
