I was met by the service department personnel with a smile and eager to get my vehicle problem(s) resolved. They topped off the windshield washer reservoir when I first pulled into the service bay. Never had this happen at any other dealership before. Great job on the little perk that make you feel appreciated. Vehicle problem was determined very quickly and was out in a timely manner. Really liked the service department amenities while you wait...bananas, apples, pears, sweet rolls, cookies, coffee and even dog buscuits for your pets. Very, very nice!

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

We were in the market for a new van, and would casually check online for one at the right price. We saw one come up for the Decatur location and I sent in an online inquiry that evening. I was contacted the next morning by Lane who was very courteous and willing to help. When we came to look at it, he was very knowledgeable without being pushy. We never felt cornered into something we weren't sure about. He was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. The manager we also interacted with was great. Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

Shane Black is the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with. I absolutely felt no pressure in the buying process and he quickly provided the information to all the questions that I had. I purchased the truck from out of state and drove to get it. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was out within 30 minutes on my way back. Everyone was very pleasurable and knowledgeable. I ordered a truck bed and it came in after I picked up my truck. Shane drove and hand delivered it to me (out of state) on his off day. That speaks volume about his commitment to his customers. Hello, my review is positive. I'm happy with my jeep compass limited. Stylish body design. I, like having fuel efficiency mileage. Pretty good performance and awd suspension. Comfortable heated seats. Plenty of cargo area for my items. Very cool ride, reliable fun to drive.

The 2025 Equinox is a good solid SUV. My only complaint is it has electronic problems. Every time I take it in the dealer says that no codes can be found? It starts by itself! The engine surges when you are stopped at a light or stop sign, in the past month it surges as you apply the breaks to stop. Happens randomly, You never know when it will happen. Compass has quite working, speed zone indicator has gone out and the message that tells you that your phone is in the charger has disappeared! Other than the above issues the 2025 Equinox is great. 😊

Style, comfort, safety and performance - great vehicle. Receive many compliments on the vehicle, but safety and performance are even more important. Great vehicle for the price.

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

I didn't end up buying the car but the team was SUPER helpful. Especially Jai.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.
