Over the weekend of Oct 4/5 an issue first came up with our VW Taos that required a tire repair. While we were dealing with that our VW Jetta was throwing a batter low warning. We dropped the Jetta off at key drop on Sunday and I received a call first thing Monday from Anthony that they would take a look at it. While they couldn?t get it done on Monday - since I didn?t even have an appointment, they were able to replace battery by 10a on Tuesday. At that point - I brought the Taos up to get Jetta and they were able to complete the repairs on the Taos that day as well. The customer service and care that John and Anthony provide at VW Clarksville is second to none. They are customer focused, communicate timely, work with me with or without an appointment and I wouldn?t take my cars anywhere else.

I love this car and the interior and exterior design. It has a touch of luxury to its design. So much comfort and awesome features. It’s worth every penny.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Comfortable with nice acceleration smooth transmission, smooth ride. Holds the road at high speeds in the rain very well. Beautiful dash board. Brakes very well. AC is good not great but does the job. Very nice looking, great design. Nice interior. Very good back up screen. Comfortable seats for long drives. Very good leg room front and back seats.

Couldn’t ask for nicer people . They go the extra mile in making you feel comfortable . Also very good to explain the mechanics of your new vehicle.

I love my new 2025 Nissan Kicks. I traded my 2019 Nissan Maxima SR for the Kicks SR. It carries the same style and features as the Max. Ground lighting accent lighting inside, panoramic roof, Bose in the headrest. The vehicle is hot!!! I have Super Black.

My daughter's old 1999 car caught on fire on I -64 a week ago. After a week of looking online, she went on to test drive a rogue. It wasn't what she was expecting. Jessica was so sorry she got her manager and they found the perfect SUV to fit her needs and worked with her on the price. She took it overnight and we went back tjis morning where John and Jessica put her in the 2017 Rogue at a great price. It is the perfect first big car purchase for her! kicks looks stylish. interior is comfy and roomy. not a fan of the digital speedometer. handles well but not much power. that said I am pleased overall.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

Matt was our salesman. He was so knowledgeable of all the Toyota vehicles we were looking at. He was also very kind - no pressure (which I love). This is the 3rd Kicks I've had. Each model I've owned has been better than the last. The upgrades by Nissan to this new generation of Kicks is awesome. The addition of the Moon/Sunroof is a definite improvement, along with the upgraded interior detail and the larger Infotainment center. The AWD height takes a bit of getting used to, but I've grown to appreciate it. Plus, the feel of the road when driving is nothing less than amazing. This car rides just as good, if not better than larger vehicles. It's stability in the turns is incredible and I definitely LOVE the exterior color and trim.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

Red 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend with less than 7,000 miles. I love the over handling and performance. I've done great extensive upgrades. ie....hood spoiler, door side guards, exterior and interior accessories...!

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.
