I love the Crain Kia service department here in Fort Smith. I moved here from Dallas TX, a few months ago… they treated me like I bought my KIA from them….super friendly, respectful of my needs and concerns. I definitely will buy my next KIA right here.

I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

The service department is great!! Elizabeth took the time to listen and took great care of me and helped me to understand what each charge was for and even got the recalls that I had missed taken care of for me. The mechanic that worked on my car also took the time to help me to understand what all was worked on and even allowed me to see the parts when I was confused about them. Both of these woman were so caring and kind! I’m very thankful for the whole service department! They were awesome!!

Enjoy the smooth ride, Tech features are amazing, Stock radio could use some more power, Performance for the 4 Cyl Turbo is great, no lag, Will spin the tires if needed easily, no problems up grades or mountain slopes, Design and style are top notch.

I purchased a brand new 2020 Kia Rio in 2020. Excellent vehicle. Absolutely no problems. Love my car! And the service department is friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. Been keeping my car serviced through their maintenance department regularly. Very much highly recommended Crain Kia. Extremely satisfied customer. ❤

I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.

We bought a 2022 Kia forte gt in 2021, Corbin was the person that came out to talk to us. We let him know we were just looking. I let him know what I was wanting in the vehicle when we were ready to buy a car. Corbin let us know that you guys had just gotten the car that had everything in it I wanted. He showed us the forte, it still had the white stuff to keep from getting ruined when it was delivered to you guys. Corbin didn't push us to buy it, but asked if we would like to crunch numbers just to see what it would cost us. My husband let him know that we could do that. He let Corbin know we still weren't gonna buy the car, but when the numbers especially the interest we would be my husband said let's go ahead and buy the car. He let us know that the color we bought was the first color in Arkansas to be purchased. The car was purchased for me. I was so excited to get a brand new car. The next day we came back to get the car and I love my car. It had everything in it I wanted plus more stuff in it that I never realized came with the car. Everyone that we delt with and still deal with are amazing. Corbin would call every once in a while to ask me if I was still happy with the car and I was. I always would let him know that I loved the car it was perfect for me and my chiweenie, she has the whole back seats with her stuff in it. The warranty is terrific also. We were so happy with the service that Corbin gave us. He wasn't pushy for us to buy a car which is really nice. So many dealerships won't listen to were just looking not buying. We were so happy with you guys that a few months ago our grandson was needing a car so we came back to you guys to buy his car. Bailey did an amazing job in helping us out. We bought a 2023 Kia sportage used from Bailey and our grandson loves it. Bailey like Corbin wasn't pushy for us to buy a used car. We were able to crunch numbers and we were able to buy it. We couldn't be happier with the service that you all gave us and still giving us. Bailey will call me to see if we're still happy with the car and we sure are happy. We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I struggled with lots of shady dealerships until I found Bill White VW. Since I knew what I wanted, they negotiated most of the deal over text message, then sent the agreement in writing over email. When I picked up the car it was fast, simple, and everything went as agreed to. Fair price and honest people who did everything they said they would. They have also followed up with me several times after the purchase to make sure everything is going well. My sales guy Shawn was awesome! This is what car buying should be.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Have always receive great service from this dealership. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. I have not used the service area, but the inside waiting area looks very clean and comfortable.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.
