In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

I had a great experience at Toyota, specifically with Bill P. He was able to fix an issue with our account that we were having for several weeks in which 4 other people were not able to fix. On top of that he knew exactly what the vehicle issue was and was spot on with his speculation. Best service provider I have had at Toyota and will be requesting him every time I go in!

Fantastic upgrade from my BMW x5 45e due to stiff ride and only 5 seats. The massaging seats are incredible and the Revel sound system is the best I've ever had in a car.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Couldn't be happier with the Boucher team. Found the car my wife was looking for on their website at a price that motivated me to purchase the car from out of state and buy a plane ticket to pick it up. My wife arranged the sale over the phone and email. The entire car buying process was made easy by the professionals at Boucher headed up by Mr. Zylka. I flew into Madison and was picked up by "Jim" who really set the bar for the day by picking me up on time, being personable and one of the safest drivers I've ever seen. Once at the dealership I was met by Mr. Hacker who warmly welcomed me and immediately felt like a friend. Throughout the time I spent at Boucher Mr. Hacker exemplified the quality "stellar" he's the kind of guy who doesn't aim for great - he aims to be exemplary. I bought a 2022 Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac and it looked as if it had just rolled off the line - not even a speck of dust. After seeing the car I was taken to see Mr. Samy the finance manager. I've bought a car or two and this was the part I was expecting some pressure to purchase some additional protection package or have the numbers previously agreed to change somehow. I could not have been more wrong. Mr. Samy made the paperwork end of the process enjoyable. I was offered add ons to the purchase, but all I had to say was "no" and that was the end of it - no pressure whatsoever. All the numbers previously agreed to were accurately reflected on the purchase contract. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole paperwork end of this process and that's because of the friendly attitude and professionalism of Mr. Samy. Once the paperwork was complete, the car was out front and Mr. Hacker took over an hour with me explaining all the new features of the car I was about to drive 16 hours back home. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in his explanations. It seems un-needed, but I hadn't ever sat in the driver's seat of a car with all the technology this car has. I don't need to sing the praises of Cadillac - you either appreciate them or you don't. I do sing praises for Boucher Cadillac and I wouldn't do it if I didn't mean it. The place is full of friendly, happy professionals and if you are going to buy a Cadillac, you will enjoy the experience at Boucher Cadillac - even if you buy from out of state and have to drive 16 hours back :)

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Follow up review on 2015 online Suburban purchase. Dealership went above and beyond to make things right and actually took responsibility for the items that needed attention. The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

More power than a v8. Rides like a dream. Every luxury you could want. This car has never given us any problems and is absolutely the best for a long road trip.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

This dealership has an impressive slate of exotic cars, I was just looking for a lesser jag. They treated me very well not pushy and very helpful. There were no hassles in getting to test drive the car I was looking at. When I decided to walk away there was no pushback or pressure to “ run the numbers”. Both the sales person and the manager communicate with me to ensure my experience was a positive one.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I was in the market to replace my 13-year-old Jeep Liberty and I've had my eye on the Renegade for the past year or so. I worked with an awesome sales guy who was patient and answered all of my questions. Russ Darrow had an amazing inventory compared to some other dealerships.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I insisted on an SUV. Nope...left with the Kia K5 EX. So not an SUV, but I love it. Michael was very patient with me and even drove to Appleton to get the exact color I wanted and delivered it to my house. He stayed until all questions were answered and showed me everything on the vehicle - and there is a ton of stuff. It's beautiful. Finance was a breeze too.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.
