I contacted this dealership about a 2012 Range Rover Evoque they had on their lot and from there, taking the car home was a breeze. I spoke with Andy and he made everything super easy, especially since I love north of detroit, which is about 3 hours north of this dealership. The car itself was flawless and Andy was very helpful in making me a great deal for my trade. Never once did I feel pressured or like I was being lied to. Their level of professionalism is top-notch and it was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them. I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

Very good group of people working there. One of the best experiences I have had at any dealership. Would recommend to everyone in the future.

I currently have 158,000 miles on my Traverse . I bought it six years ago . It has been through my two kids and their permit driving . To driving my kids to school everyday for five years . We love twenty miles from town . I have always kept the maintenance up on it . I plan on driving my traverse till it is done . Chevrolet really did their homework when they made the Traverse . It has satisfied my every need in a car . I love the power , the quite on the road . The gas mileage for the power you get out of it . The comport for traveling . The ease of handling. I really love the Traverse .

I purchased this car with 23000 miles 5 years later no problems. My Wife and I are in our 70’s the vehicle has 61000. Miles on it. We plan on keeping it.

car performes well , overall satisfied with it , but it has a rust issue ! rust under the rear wheel frame on both sides , rust under the rear lift gate , chrome on the wheel reems peeling .

I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

Very reliable, 2.0 ecoboost will fly. It’s too fast at times and tires slip. FWD not AWD. Holds up well. Good little SUV. Comfortable seats.

I bought a 2011 Equinox w/2Lt, with the 3.0L VVT. 264 HP engine and 18" wheels. This vehicle was T-boned on the passenger side door with air bag deployed and thus declared totalled by an insurance company from a previous owner. This vehicle was rebuilt and salvage title issued with approximately 38,000 miles on the odometer. This vehicle turned out to be a very good experience so far as I have had some repaint done and I replaced my wheel hubs, brake rotors, calipers and brake pads with high performance parts. With this power plant configuration, I can pull my droptail trailer loaded with 2 cruiser motorcycles to Sturgis with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I change oil every 6 months with under 3,000 miles on the oil. The engine does not use oil. I am a conservative driver and use extra caution while trailering. I added a Curt class IV hitch with no trailer brakes. Trailer payload on the scale is 1900-2200lbs depending on what bikes I decide to take. However, I would not have considered ANY Equinox with the xxx I4 Ecotec Engine. Those engines were built with a batch of bad timing chains from Mexico and GM ended up replacing a boat load of those engine. I am a mechanical engineer.

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.
