I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

After shopping slowly, conducting research....I settled on a 2015 Nissan Altima. The team at Collins made the shopping process one of the best I've ever experienced (in any type of retail environment). Taking deliver of the vehicle was very professional, organized, seamless....and fun. They made buying a new car enjoyable / exciting. Basically everything a consumer would want the process to be. Abu was great to work with and took his time showing us 3 different vehicles and moving each inside so we didn't have to deal with the rain. He was super knowledgeable about each product, all the options, and upgrades. The finance department made purchasing a breeze! I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

Very happy overall. Looks great and performs excellently. I do think the 3rd row seat is a joke and would rather have the space for storage or a spare tire. Suitable only for a child.

I recently traded in my 2022 Ascent for a similar 2023 model. The 2022 model had brakes issues/noises right from the beginning of ownership. Subaru gave me a great deal on the 2023 model. A number of improvement were found on the 2023 model. Obvious one is the exterior styling with new front grille, headlights and taillights. Interior improvements include updated Eyesight, quieter ride, better steering and brakes, larger multimedia screen including front and backup camera screens, driver profile system. A few other tweaks here and there, making the 2023 Ascent Touring a decent and very safe SUV. Not necessarily sporty or thrilling but perfect vehicle for commuting in town and long road trips.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

The car is a wonderful step forward for the Lincoln brand. The screen is the perfect blend of capability without distraction. Ignore the reviews about bad dealerships as it's about the car and not bad sales people. It's sylish, capable and comfortable!
