From the finance team, the sales department, the consultant, and the manager, everyone is so professional and ethical in doing their work. I was initially interested in choosing a Honda model. After telling them about my requirements, he provided me a review of other cars that may also suit my preference and is superior in some areas. I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I brought my BMW X5 from this place I must say my experience with these guys especially Branden was very professional, I found these guys has being trust worthy and very cooperative the went beyond the closing time to make sure I got my vehicle the very day even though I got there around 1& 1/2 hour before closing time ...I got there @ around 6:25 pm and the was supposed to closed @8pm...Thanks to Branden and José ( I hope I got his name right) And finally and most importantly the price that the advertised for their vehicle will be the price you will pay , not like others who will tell you the advertised price is after you pay down 20%..I will definitely recommend North Star Mitsubishi to you.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

Easy to make a service appointment and car was ready when promised. Video of the car being serviced is a good idea. Megan Dolce is great at the Service Desk and keeps me aware of the status of the car. Good experience.
