I got the usual run-through of financing, but he wasn’t aggressive or overbearing. Instead, he was considerate, patient, and made the process feel easy. I was desperate for a vehicle after a horrid experience with Carvana. I was able to chat with the dealer via online chat and text and found a 2018 VW Tiguan that I liked. Everyone was very easy to talk with and had the vehicle waiting for me when I arrived to test drive. Only a couple days later I was back to purchase the vehicle and it was pain free and very upfront. Tom and Jed were my main contacts and were very helpful and accommodating during this difficult time for dealerships with next to no inventory. I was pleasantly surprised that when I inquired about any dealership market adjustments, they said they were not doing that. Other dealerships were inflating prices by $3000. An overall fantastic experience!

We stopped by Putnam Jeep to look into purchasing a Wrangler. Once we finished the test drive we were able to get a deal done in a short period of time. Returned the next day and completed the paperwork. The visits were the most quickest to a dealership Ive had. Crystal and the entire staff were helpful and professional. I highly recommend.
