I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

Easy to schedule, I have confidence in the staff, work done in a timely manner, the waiting area is a pleasant place to hang out.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Took my Mercedes in for a trade, as I was driving to the dealer I felt a few hiccups in the car. I had the transmission serviced at a local, non-Mercedes, repair shop. After I arrived at Blade the car's transmission went toast. After calling around, I found out that Mercedes have to be serviced just right, or the transmission is shot. To replace the transmission takes an act of congress and about 10k. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. Blade made me a fair deal and I took far less on my trade in than I had hoped for. Got a nice Nissan Rogue. Now here's the kicker...several months after getting the Rogue I'm driving along and get a phone call on my cell...it says Blade Chevrolet. I didn't answer at the time, but the voicemail said it was from the manager and they wanted me to give them a call back...so I did. The manger basically says, "You remember your Mercedes you traded in...well after going around with it and finally getting to the bottom of the problem, it wasn't as bad as it initially appeared. We're going to send you a refund for $5200." I have to admit, I was stunned. One week later my check for $5200 showed up in the mail. If Blade has what I'm looking for, I'll be going back there for my next car purchase.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

We live in NC and had the van shipped to us, everything went as smooth as we could have hoped. They are fantastic to deal with.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I appreciated the process this time, I did my homework and was pre-approved thru a credit union. I'm still in that learning phase with my car but I'm happy with it.

Bought it almost new (2600miles) in 2013. Longest car I ever kept. It’s fun to drive, comfortable, solid, nibble in and out of traffic, good in snow and rain. Excellent on hills because of the turbo engine and regularly beat the high end BMW, Audi MB and Lexus. costs a little more cause it needs premium gas. One tune up every year and every time the mechanic told me transmission, brake, muffler, tailpipe, timing belt all good. So far one major repair of gaskets because of water leak at $2000 and regular tires battery . Will keep until we are forced to go EV

Andrew, did a great job for us we couldn?t be happier. We had looked at trucks at a number of different lots for close to a month and within two days he found us what we were looking for.

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. we purchased our 2019 subaru legacy through Marty just a few weeks ago. From the minute we stepped food on their lot and starting talking to Marty we felt very welcomed and not pressured. Hands down, I would buy another car from him again. As far as my vehicle goes, this past few days with snow has been excellent to drive with little to no concern over the conditions. Excited to be a subaru owner. we looked at a ton of other vehicles like honda, mercedez, bmw, audi, and we just felt like the features and price couldn't be beat.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

Spent the afternoon at the Burlington location while waiting for a seatbelt mechanism replacement. Michelle was very friendly, offered a drink, let me plug myself in so I could attend work meetings, and gave me a couple of dollars to get something out of the vending machine. Very impressed with their customer service.

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

I’ve been getting my car serviced here for a while and the prices for just an oil change have gotten absurd. $150 for an OIL CHANGE?! Don’t get me wrong, the service is great, but that’s wild.
