So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Codie helped me with my trade-in and new purchase. Very pleasant experience...not too pushy but handled all the details. They dealt very fair on the numbers without playing games. Will definitely go back.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

It has been 20 years since my husband and I purchased a new car. Mainly because it's been a relief not having car payments, but also we always dread the hassle of finding the perfect car and striking a deal we can afford to live with. All of that changed a couple of weeks ago when my daughter-in-law happened to see my "dream car" on Tri-City Ford's website. I immediately went home and looked it up for myself. Because I showed an interest on-line, I received a text/email from Kyle, their internet sales manager. He offered to set up a NO obligation test drive at our convenience. He was so helpful and considerate of our time and wanted to make sure someone would be available to assist us at the time of the appointment. He continued to check in through the day so he could make sure all was ready when we pulled onto the lot. Our salesman, Terry was wonderful and never pushy. He could tell I was in love with the car by the end of the test drive and kindly offered to check and see what our options would be if we were interested. I was MOST DEFINITELY interested! The car is only 2 years old, in pristine condition and even still has that "new car" smell! 🥰 As I said, we always dread the hassle and haggling to get that perfect deal at a price we can afford, but this time, quite pleasantly, it wasn't a nightmare. We came to an agreement so quickly and easily that it seemed almost painless. Terry allowed us the time and privacy to discuss our options before making our final decision and never rushed us. Once we decided to make the purchase, they washed the car and filled it with a full tank of gas to get it ready for it's new home!! Even though it was cold and dark by the time we were ready to leave with our "new baby", Terry still showed us how to use several of the features we weren't used to on our older cars to get us started. Things have changed alot in 20 years!! Cleve Foley, who helped us with all of the final paperwork, was so patient, guiding us thru the multitude of signatures, making it easy to complete the process. When returning a week later to pick up my license plate, he met me at the door to put it on the car for me and while doing so, answered some of my new questions on the those great new features I'm still learning. They have continued to check on me during the past 2 weeks to make sure I'm satisfied or to see if I have any new questions or concerns. I appreciate their kindness, patience and consideration that my time is as valuable as theirs. We never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions we didn't feel comfortable with. Our experience was A+++ and enabled me to have the "Car of my Dreams" at a price we can afford. My husband says I am "like a kid with a new toy!" We were both very impressed with the professionalism and positivity of our experience. We would highly recommend Tri-City to anyone shopping for that perfect new vehicle. So we had Fred as our sales rep. We went in looking for a Jeep Wrangler, and he was understanding to what our needs were, what we were wanting to spend, and VERY patient with us doing our test drives. When we wanted to start the purchase process, he tried to make things as efficient as possible and stayed with us the whole time. He was great, very calm, and everything ame out to be more than fair. 2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

Bought our 2017 on New Year’s Eve 2016. Choose an SV model with optional premium package. Heated seats,heated steering wheel,remote start, pwr tailgate and upgraded info screen with many cameras and nav. As of November 2024, it has been absolutely bulletproof. We bought the car for our 16-year-old daughter and it has carried her through high school and now college with only one issue. I have had to replace the battery three times only oil changes. A set of brakes and a set of tires and service the CVT transmission. I learned this is highly important for the CVT to get the maximum life out of it, since it is a weak spot. Dealer charges about $200 to do it. Do it every 30k. Ours has performed flawlessly! Negatives- At 6 foot two I find a hard driving position. The power seat does not go back far enough but if I lower the seat all the way to the floor it gives me the room I need but then I feel like I’m sitting in a bathtub, but hey, it’s not my car so I rarely drive it Performance around town is very good! You can find yourself getting a speeding ticket on city Street if you’re not careful. Highway power is just OK I find it if you’re trying to cruise 80 miles an hour with other people in the car the CVT is constantly revving the engine out to get maximum performance and hold the Cruise control. I also find there’s quite a bit of road noise at freeway speeds especially if you’re sitting in the backseat. The cloth upholstery on the zero gravity seats stains way too easily especially if you have a tan colored interior I have to steam clean them at least every six months, my daughter is an athlete and she sometimes gets in the car sweaty with a water bottle between her legs and just the moisture stains the heck out of the seat. Overall, though for about $26,000 it’s hard to beat. It’s been reliable it’s safe and I have felt extremely comfortable putting my child in it and sending her off to college. I imagine she will keep it for many more years after graduation.

Largest small car I’ve driven and great car for today’s times. Small enough to save money with today’s fuel prices yet big enough to carry everything needed to travel with family.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

Got my First Oil Change and I trusted that they did exactly what should have been done and done correctly considering I could not see them working on my car. Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

I purchased my MDX 2008 Tech new and have enjoyed it from first day to present! I currently have 200,000 miles and it still runs like new and really looks outstanding! Sometime after January 2023, will pass it to my Grandson to take with him to Virginia Tech, starting his Freshman Class September 2023! I’m sure that it will hold up nicely during his 4 years there! Best dependable vehicle! ❤️ Looking @ BMW X5 but disappointed with dependability reviews so plan to stay with MDX Aspect/Advance 2023!

Love this car and model have owned 2 Q5’s reliable one of mine had 195,000 miles and still no check engine lights or major repairs had to be done on it. Can’t stress enough how much I love this car! I do wish though the premium model came with the backup camera and the lane assist but that’s only in the premium plus models.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.
