This car has been, without a doubt, the best vehicle I've ever owned. From its reliable performance to its comfortable interior, every aspect of this car has exceeded my expectations. The engine is powerful yet fuel-efficient, making long drives both enjoyable and economical. The handling is smooth, and the ride quality is superb, even on rough roads.

My sales person Nick, finance manager Joe and Mike were terrific! Nick was honest, knowledgeable and kind. Nick and Joe took the time to understand my vehicle needs as well as financial requirements. What was a huge deterrent from such an amazing experience was the GM Jimmy who was yelling in the dealership to all the sales team to get upstairs immediately. He had them evacuate the sales floor AND it totally killed the positive environment. I then went up to the GM and told him what a great experience I had with Nick, Joe and Mike and he barely looked at me and acknowledged my praise for the team. I was so disappointed that GM leader turned my amazing experience and the teams and is such a sour time. Again, Nick and Mike were fantastic. The GM does have a few lessons to learn about customer service as well as how to treat your employees in front of customers.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Great Experience w Ricardo F. ! I came to this dealership with the possibility of getting a newer one. Ricardo was patient, made us feel comfortable, and was relatable the entire time. My fiancé and I kept going back and forth on what vehicle to purchase and if we should go through with it based on the payments. Ricardo showed us the pricing for both financing and leasing for the Platinum and SL. He worked with his Sales Manager, Jonathan G. to get us the best deal possible. They were all patient and professional. Even Ed Trott, the finance advisor was super friendly. We came with a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD and left with a brand-new 2023 Nissan Rogue! What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I had an amazing experience at Mini of Fort Myers. Beth was friendly and laid back, and quite knowledgeable about all the features in the new OS. In addition, when we ran into a small hiccup, Sales Manager Steven moved mountains to make sure I could get into the Mini of my dreams. I cannot recommend this dealer enough.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

since 1970 I have dealt with Toyota. For many years salesmen has been Dale Fortner. He and Steve Meyer, sales manager, spent time this Thursday on buying back our 2015 Avalon with 19k mileage, as my wife stopped driving. These two men present an attitude of what can we do for you to have you know we treat you like more than a satisfied customer?I wondered how they could give me such a fair deal!!! It was2k more than Carmax, and I was pleased with their quote. They are the ONLY PLACE TO GO TO WITHIN 50 miles!!!

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!
