Mr. Danny Jackson corrected the unethical financial dealings of this Jeep's dealership without any question. It was not his responsibility. I drove from McDonough, GA to Cummings, GA. It was worth the drive. I am so pleased as a customer. I plan to make the approximate 1 hour to 1 hour and half future trips just have my jeep service by this dealership and purchase any Jeep accessories from them. So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

I like the vehicle a lot. Something I was wary about was the reliability as I had read reviews of the car losing power, the jerkiness of changing gear, and the crash detection sensor going off randomly. I had to replace the MAF sensor 3 times within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I then came to realize it appears to be an electrical fault, when the crash detection sensor goes off (randomly, usually in rain or bright sunlight) it creates an issue with the vehicle's performance. I have started turning off the sensor every time I get in the vehicle and haven't had a single performance issue since. Long road trips through Washington rain and sunny Arizona. Disappointing to have to be inconvenienced, but it's a two second fix when I start the vehicle for a wonderful and fun and sporty ride.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

My 2023 Nissan Kicks has everything I was looking for in a new vehicle and then some. It has all of the comforts, technology and safety features that anybody could ask for. Plus the ride is really smooth, and you can turn on a dime.

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

I bought my Kicks brand new off the dealership floor in September, 2021. I have driven over 30K miles since my purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase. The car is the perfect size for me. The gas mileage is wonderful. It is very comfortable. My family has taken several vacations in the car and it has always performed wonderfully. I have always owned Honda Accords and Toyota Camry's until I purchase my Kicks. I wanted a CUV, but not a large one. I am very pleased with my purchase. The only negative is the CVT. It is slow to "down shift" when needed and is sometimes very hesitant off the line. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and plan on keeping my Kicks for many years.

I am very happy with my new purchase. BUT. The Braking system is jerky when applying the brakes and when sitting at a stop light if there is a small incline the vehicle rolls backward. A little unnerving to say the least.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.
