I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

I'd like to update my previous review describing my disappointment with the way Autotown responded to my daughter bringing in her recently purchased car with a service light on. I truly appreciate Ben Dyer, the owner, responding to my initial review and stating that they will again look at my daughter's car and evaluate it for repair. I did some further talking with my daughter and I think where I/we misunderstood the dealer's willingness to address again is that she won't be back to the area again for 3 weeks and she thought that made her ineligible to have the dealer consider the issue further. I also consulted with a dealer/service manager and they agreed that the code(s) could have been cleared before Autotown took the car as a trade. I'm hopefully optimistic that when my daughter and the car are back in Champaign in 3 weeks, we can get some answers/resolutions on the issue (note we're told the code/issue shouldn't be impacted by waiting the 3 weeks since she uses a car very little while at school). So for those who read ratings, I'll update and re-review after we take it in for service consult in 3 weeks with Autotown and their garage.

Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

Great experience with this dealership, trading in a vehicle and buying new. Sam Samet was very knowledgeable on the new Tundra I was looking at and pointed out all the features. The dealership offered me good trade in value and kept the ball rolling in a timely manner. The dealership was clean and nice to spend a few hours in. I will call Sam next time I need a car.

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

Brought my Expedition in for a vehicle safety recall from Ford Motor everything went very well, was quick and easy. Good experience with the service area.

At 86000 miles my vehicle quick shifting, therefore something is wrong with transmission. I had it towed to a transmission repair shop and found out the fluid was burnt and there were metal shaving in the transmission. Now on this 2018 Lincoln MKX Reserve has a sealed transmission is this normal or has anyone else had this experience. I did not received any warning from my computer system until the day this happen

I bought my 2017 Toyota Rav 4 from Seth Humrichous at Toyota of Danville. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but Seth was able to locate one at another location. Needless to say, Toyota has made many changes and safety improvements since I bought my 2002 Rav 4. Seth took the time to go every feature with me and he didn't forget about me as soon as I drove off. He has contacted me a couple of times to see if I had any questions. I love driving my new Rav 4.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Took me while before I could make this review, but please note that this is my experience dealing with AutoTown, while dealing with autotown, I’ve only really had the chance to meet 2 workers there… Kevin and Ben, I believe Ben is the owner, my first experience with Kevin he helped me get into a used 2019 Buick Regal…. Honestly I love the car one of the best cars ived ever owned and with the price it was worth it! With only 52k miles on it I thought I was gettin an amazing deal but after having the car for a few days I realized that it had an issues with the gas pedal…. I contacted auto town to let them know about the issues and they immediately had me bring the car back so they could figure out the problem…. After weeks of trying to track the problem there was no real luck of fixing the issues so they owner Ben gave me the opportunity to switch into a different vehicle! Even tho I loved the 2019 Buick Regal I honestly feel like I got a Wayyyy better deal by switching to the 2019 Chrysler 300 all Black with the tinted windows! Ben worked with me on the numbers so that all of equity that I had from the other car went into the Chrysler! Ived had the Chrysler for about 2 months now and I’m loving the car I’m able to pick up my kids out of town about 2 hours away, make it back and forth too work with no issues, take comfortable joy rides without any issues. I honestly love the car and I’m glad that I picked AutoTown for my vehicle, I’ve recommended to a few of my coworkers to get a car from here and honestly I’m pretty sure I’ll get my next car from here too! And I forgot to mention while I was having troubles with the Buick I had to leave the car with AutoTown for a few days while they track down the problem, they were nice enough to give me a loaner car until I got my vehicle back! So if you’re looking for a good reliable dealership to get a car I’ll definitely check out AutoTown you won’t regret it! I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

It says online the 2020 has recalls but if u want the truth type in your vin number and see if yours does even have any recalls or anything cuz my does not and Its a 2020 3 cylinder turbo inline engine and Its a tank def not a evoboom or anything even close to that it's been great and continues to be a great buy at 8 grand I got the best deal in guna find for this gem in a dark gray and nice interior design

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Good price for a good car not great but good. As a fairly wide-bodied retiree front sear comfort is on par with airline seats. Too narrow and hard. SUV looks good and runs good but for long trips no way.

Oil change and tire rotation. All went well but can?t afford to pay $122 for an oil change. Would prefer for you to service my car but can?t see paying that mich

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂
