Had been shopping for another brand but when I test drove this car I fell in love. It was quiet, smooth driving and riding. Price was right for me.

Now have 110,000 miles on vehicle and had to pay out 1800 on some mechanical parts. For the most part my 2014 Jeep Patriot has been pretty good. Great in snow.

I have been going to this dealership for over a year now and have had good and bad experiences. One thing I can say is that is something goes wrong like they will work hard to fix it and make things right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Like any dealership you will have good and bad but I think they appreciate the business and work hard to show you that.

We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.

The customer service was awesome! All my questions and concerns were satisfied! The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming! The waiting area was clean and cozy! And the coffee and refreshments area was a plus! I trust the services that were provided. They provided me with a ride to a nearby restaurant to eat lunch and pick me back up! That was awesome ? I have been driving Lincolns since 1976 and this Buick Enclave is equal or better. But the cost is about 50% less and has more room than my Navigator.

  I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version.  Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck.   It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go.   If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant.   I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

The staff was incredible from the minute we walked in until they delivered my SUV to me in Uptown New Orleans. It was a fantastic expereince.

Great small suv even though it feels spacious like the backup camera and seat warmers for cold days just got the car and hoping it gets good gas mileage

Great experience! Josh Crawford answered our questions and was a great help, even helped get through to our insurance company. We came in to test drive a car we found on the web. Liked the way it drove and looked. Bought the car and drove it home that night! Josh even told us about a great place to eat nearby. Allie Causey took care of our paperwork with no wasted time. Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

I purchased a 2011 F-150 back in December no problems with vehicle & the Sales Manager was willing to negotiate seeing I came all the way from Hattiesburg & this was the only place out of many I visited that would even try to work out a deal. This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

In the middle of travels, I had an indicator light come on regarding my rear brake light. I called ahead and the dealer advised that though they did not have any appointments, I could drop in early for the needed repair. I did just that and in under an hour I was on the road. The price was fair. My advisor Ryan explained what was needed and provided updates via text and in the waiting room. All of the dealer staff that I interacted with were friendly. If I need service again when I'm in Gulfport, I'll definitely visit Matt Bowers Hyundai again.

Bought this car yesterday and drove home 285 miles against a 25 to 30 mph wind and at 80+ mph (mostly interstate) and got 31 mpg. The trip was non-stop and thoroughly enjoyable. Dealership got my phone set up in Android Auto and my Spotify music sounded WAY better than I had come to expect after reading "professional" reviews of the 6 speaker system. I thought it was more than adequate and the equalization program was good. Seats were more than comfortable, they were also very supportive. I emerged from the car with no TB. I wouldn't have been able to say that with other cars I've owned and some cost much more. Everything about the dashboard layout and Android Auto seemed intuitive. Bought the SEL with comfort and premium package so enjoyed the sun roof, LED lights etc. The ride was controlled, the road noise and wind and engine sound was noticeable at times but at no time was any of it even close to unacceptable or intrusive. I was amazed at how quiet is was in light of a number of paid critics' views that cabin noise is so problematic. Several people commented today that they found the vehicle very attractive and couldn't believe the purchase price. They thought it must have been a much more expensive purchase. I downloaded the Hyundai app and can now read the owner manual on my phone. It also will remotely start the car, score your driving (for your eyes only unless you want them to give it to your insurance company) and perform many more functions including remote locking and provision of vehicle status reports in real time. Your maintenance program reminders and records are also provided. I think this is the most car you can buy for the money. Many safety features are standard on the SEL including lane keeping, blind spot advisories , Auto braking etc. Before you buy a small SUV/Crossover at any price you should do a lot of research. If you do, you will certainly give the Venue a closer inspection. Just because it is very affordable is really no reason to not consider it seriously. BTW, the dealership in Sioux City IA is excellent. You won't believe how beautiful this one is when dressed in Galactic Gray!! Reliability rating is unearned at this point but I am confident that it will be earned.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.
