I finally went against the negative reviews I had read over and over again about staying away from the RR. I wish I never read the reviews and would have bought this suv a long time ago instead of buying SUV’s I really didn’t want. This is beyond any car I have ever owned or driven. Have had them all! This tops the charts. Will never go back ! I waisted time and money wanting this RRS and kept staying away because of what I read. Pays to go with your gut and I finally did and it is the best choice I made. It is good to be cautious but I hope this helps others on making a decision or going through what I did. Suggest when buying one if going used , to get a certified. I know how costly an import can be to repair since I have had many. Hard to find them with one but worth it when you do so you can feel at ease. Just a fabulous gorgeous vehicle. Highly recommend!!

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Even though I did not buy the vehicle I went to look at, I was treated with the utmost respect by the dealership and Chris, the salesman who worked with me. You can definitely tell the difference between sales people when you go to a Mercedes Benz dealership! I only wish they could have certified the Subaru Ascent I looked at because it was really a great deal. When I look for my next vehicle, it will include looking at Mercedes Benz because the cars they had were stellar! Just not the right time this time! Thanks for the experience!

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

The discount and service has been amazing, and I was not pressured at any time to place the order. I've stuck through with the order since October '18, and I completely plan on following through on leasing the Cayenne this September. Porsche Pittsburgh is truly one of the best Porsche dealers out there, and I look forward to purchasing my Taycan Cross Turismo and 718 Boxster Spyder from Jake in the months to come. Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were. They were SO helpful with EVERYTHING. I hated to let my Forrester go, but it was time. 😟 Those are two of the greatest guys OMG.....They had us feeling relaxed. We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

This dealership has got to have the best customer service I have ever experienced. After looking for another Dodge Challenger after my first Challenger was totaled by a drunk driver last year and searching the web I found this beautiful 2018 Challenger T/A 392 and since I was about an hour away I decided just to drive there and look at it. Upon arriving I was greeted nicely by Jerrett and even though it was raining pretty good, we went outside and looked at the car. After I inspected it and seeing was in great condition, I asked what the cost was (after seeing and hearing about how other dealers were trying to get for popular cars but not here). We went back inside and after talking for a bit (and fixing one glitch, on me not these guys) I got a great deal and drove away very happy. Thanks Jerrett and Derrick and the entire staff. Whenever I am ready for a new vehicle you will be my first call.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

Caden is a great person to work with. Everything went smoothly, although I am awaiting the shipment of the car to Texas. One of the best things was the thoroughness of detail on the website. Comprehensive photos, video, write up and Carfax. I got what I needed from those descriptions and conversations with Caden.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful and the car prices are unbelievable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car for a reasonable price. If you plan on visiting the dealership to look at cars be sure to ask for Frank and Gabe they are two wonderful men who are very helpful in the car buying process.

I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.
