I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. Very easy to negotiate with and I got it at the price I wanted. Even stuck around late to finish the deal even though they had a family function to get to. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

It's a nice vehicle. Roomy. Great features. The trunk has a lot of food. Lots of head room and leg room. Would recommend this vehicle.

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

I do not like car shopping. My days of driving from lot to lot have been over for quite some time. I found a van online offered by these guys that I liked and was fairly priced. The ad was very specific with numerous pictures and a good description of features. I was able to tell that I was interested in it before I even got to their lot. Eric was very helpful and friendly and was able to shoot me a fair trade value for my van. We were able to make a deal in no time at all. The van is 10 years old with normal wear and tear, but they had it cleaned up so nice it seemed much newer. All the paperwork went smoothly and I was back on the road quickly. Thanks a lot!

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

I would recommend this dealership! they were so helpful, honest and friendly.I sent a message asking about a vehicle however it sold already . So instead of just saying sold sorry Andy emailed me back and told me they had one similar I could look at then proceed to put it on hold for me which I appreciated making the hour and a half drive to have it for sure be there for me to see. Also they had the vehicle right up front and ready for the test drive when we arrived. I hate buying vehicles at dealerships. We found an Explorer we liked here and were able to test drive it fairly quick on a busy Saturday. RJ helped us out even though he was the finance guy, as the other sales people were occupied. He was very knowledgeable, easy going and had experience doing many things in the world of car sales. After we decided to buy it they let us take it home while paperwork was processing as we needed a vehicle due to totalling a car accident with a deer. That Tuesday my wife and I went to to sign the papers. Overall we spent easily half the time to purchase a vehicle that large places require and received a very good rate. RJ went above what I'm used to with service and even gave me his personal phone number. He did extra work to find us a better interest rate than we were quoted initially. It does have a very small office so I rated the facilities lower. Also if a few people are there it's busy but they do a good job of dealing with it. So if you don't want to deal with hassles and don't have much time check them out. It's a small lot owned by Tenvoorde. I was nervous about that at first as I wondered if they would dump cars here they don't want to sell at the dealership but that doesn't seem to be the case. You get the benefits of the maintenance department of the big dealership with the experience of a small lot with very good and laid back sales people. I'm going here first the next time I need a vehicle. Also, some of their vehicles are bought from Arizona. Nice option if you want to avoid salt. To conclude, this small lot is great if you don't like going to a big dealer, desire a clean used vehicle, and don't have time to spend all day on the purchasing process.

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

We had a trade in car and were interested in a vehicle they had on their lot that would better fit our family. After a short and reasonable discussion, we were offered a fair market value price on our trade in to put towards the new vehicle that the misses liked very much. After a short test drive , there seemed to be a check engine code that wouldn't go away without further inspection. Chris and Trevor worked together to get us taken care of. Unfortunately, the first attempt to fix the issue proved more than we both bargained for. I brought the vehicle back to them, and since this was a pre-existing condition, they stated that they would get this fixed 100% before they felt comfortable giving it back.... Welp, second time is the charm and they were able to get this issue fixed with ease. Trevor and Chris are both very trustworthy guys. We felt well taken care of and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price.!!!
