Nearly the perfect SUV for it's era!!!
I've owned dozens and dozens of car and this one has impressed me the most. Tons of power from the V6, typical Toyota reliability, very ergonomic, and very capable. I've hauled weight in this thing that would rival any truck and pulled a trailer that was double it's load rating. 2007 Chevrolet HHR LT review
Understated cool
I bought the plain, zero frills LS new, in '07. 128K miles and counting. I haul my drums all over metro Denver and it fits all my gear, perfectly. It averages 24-28 mpg, per tank. I've lost track of how many times people have mistaken it for a PT Cruiser. It's no pocket rocket but then, I don't need to drive that fast.
