Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. Drives like it looks, sharp and smooth. (It’s faster than you’d expect) and I haven’t had any problems or issues with it mechanically. Bought it new in 2019. It’s been paid off for 2 years now and I Still own it…I Didn’t buy it to carpool, and thankfully I don’t have kids. My fiancé and I traded in our ‘07 Mx5 5spd and bought the 2019 Cx3 Gt AwD mostly to take on road trips and it’s been perfect for that. But it’s been used to do all sorts of things. It currently has 47k and it’s doing just fine. It’s the perfect sized car for a normal couple with normal hobbies. Don’t compare it to something it’s not like a 4Runner or a Cx5 and you won’t be disappointed or have anything negative to say about it. BTW it was recently voted “Car of the Decade” by Driven (NZ)

From day one, in 2014, when I purchased my 2014 Sonata, I have received nothing less than an unparalleled experience. No matter the department, I was always treated the same, with kindness, understanding, respect, and welcoming smiling faces. Allowing any feelings of being uncomfortable or intimidated immediately subsided. Mastering the ability to balance and give one the space necessary to be able to look around, but in no way feeling neglected or ignored. Because of this, I would take my car back to the dealership for any maintenance and upkeep. What makes Hyundai of St. Augustine stand out, is not the interactions or encounters with whoever walks through their door. It’s the ability to create an experience… lasting relationships. For me, it has created a sense of loyalty. This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Bought new in 2018, have replaced battery and tires in 40000 miles. Been reliable but expected better gas mileage. 29 mpg hwy only 16 mpg in town.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

This is for the service department. So I recently brought my jeep in for routine service, and to address a couple other issues I was having, and I left there beyond impressed with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep St Augustine service department!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient!! I have been to several different dealerships in the past and this is by far the best service I have ever received in my 35 year driving history!! They managed to do an oil change, tire rotation, replacement of a sun visor and a new auxiliary battery for my stop start feature, in less than 1.5 hours.. I just can’t say it enough, how blown away I am with the excellence of this service department!!! I will never again drive anything but a jeep and I will continue to drive a longer distance just to get to them!! By the way, I was equally impressed with the car salesman and entire sales team when I bought my jeep last year!!

So far so good...Still getting to know my new car. Will be driving it around town and can really see the ride. Wish my trunk space was a little bit larger...

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

Looked for a used Rav for 2 yrs. I finally found one online, lady owned. I contacted her, we went down to Midland, purchased it plus it happened to be my favorite color. I love it and also made a new friend.

Service was completed in a fair time and a reasonable cost. Cost of recommended repairs were expensive given what they were. The facilities is outdated, plain and simple.

Style, comfort, safety and performance - great vehicle. Receive many compliments on the vehicle, but safety and performance are even more important. Great vehicle for the price.

I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

BMW always sets the standard when it comes to every detail of car inside and out. My red interior is an eye catcher. I just wish after market exterior parts are easy to find for this kind of car. Other than that, it's a great looking car.
