I do not like car shopping. My days of driving from lot to lot have been over for quite some time. I found a van online offered by these guys that I liked and was fairly priced. The ad was very specific with numerous pictures and a good description of features. I was able to tell that I was interested in it before I even got to their lot. Eric was very helpful and friendly and was able to shoot me a fair trade value for my van. We were able to make a deal in no time at all. The van is 10 years old with normal wear and tear, but they had it cleaned up so nice it seemed much newer. All the paperwork went smoothly and I was back on the road quickly. Thanks a lot!

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. Very easy to negotiate with and I got it at the price I wanted. Even stuck around late to finish the deal even though they had a family function to get to. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

So instead of just saying sold sorry Andy emailed me back and told me they had one similar I could look at then proceed to put it on hold for me which I appreciated making the hour and a half drive to have it for sure be there for me to see. I hate buying vehicles at dealerships. We found an Explorer we liked here and were able to test drive it fairly quick on a busy Saturday. RJ helped us out even though he was the finance guy, as the other sales people were occupied. He was very knowledgeable, easy going and had experience doing many things in the world of car sales. After we decided to buy it they let us take it home while paperwork was processing as we needed a vehicle due to totalling a car accident with a deer. That Tuesday my wife and I went to to sign the papers. Overall we spent easily half the time to purchase a vehicle that large places require and received a very good rate. RJ went above what I'm used to with service and even gave me his personal phone number. He did extra work to find us a better interest rate than we were quoted initially. It does have a very small office so I rated the facilities lower. Also if a few people are there it's busy but they do a good job of dealing with it. So if you don't want to deal with hassles and don't have much time check them out. It's a small lot owned by Tenvoorde. I was nervous about that at first as I wondered if they would dump cars here they don't want to sell at the dealership but that doesn't seem to be the case. You get the benefits of the maintenance department of the big dealership with the experience of a small lot with very good and laid back sales people. I'm going here first the next time I need a vehicle. Also, some of their vehicles are bought from Arizona. Nice option if you want to avoid salt. To conclude, this small lot is great if you don't like going to a big dealer, desire a clean used vehicle, and don't have time to spend all day on the purchasing process.

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

Owned a 2018 Chevy Tahoe premier for about a year got it at 68k miles currently at 91k planning to keep this car forever have been keeping up with the maintenance replaced the heater hoses, magna ride struts in the front no major major issues with the Tahoe so far love it

My wife and I bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade as our first major purchase together about 5 years ago. In that time we have fallen utterly in love with this car and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something compact that still feels roomie inside. As a nanny, I love that the back seat can fit 2 car seats and a booster with enough elbow room that the kiddos arent in each others' space while still being close enough to the drivers seat for me to hand back snacks and take their trash when they're done. The entertainment center is far from flawless but once you get connected to it and everything set the way you want, its awesome! I love having google maps pulled up on the screen with my music/podcast/audiobook next to it.

I love the Yukon. It needs a few censors changed out but it drives so smooth. Very glad we made the choice to purchase it

I bought my 2007 limited new and drove it until 2020. Only put 120k miles on it. Only had a few issues- starter and a needed tune up. I sold it to my son in law. Great truck, comfortable, power, and lots of room. Very reliable and great in snow. It has served them well and has only needed a few repairs. I bought a certified 2018 expedition limited and it is great also. Gas mileage is so much better with the turbo V6

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.
