I worked with Jon and he got me into a good car for an affordable price. Service is slow and not very good though. But Jon is the man if anyone needs a new car!!

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

The people are awesome!! Really took care of me! Will be going back for future purchases! They really treat you like you are family and looking to give you the car you want for a good deal!

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

We, old women that is, are notorious for our persnickity ways. So when one of us says something was wonderful, you can take it to the bank! FYI, this is car number 7 for my hubster and me purchased from the Younts. So that is a fairly large number of purchases to compare. None of the other vehicle purchases can compare to my experiences this go round. My sales person was Jon Arrowood, I received technical information from Candy Propst prior to the shopping trip, I was entertained by Mateo and my paper signing guru, Mr. Queen had me in stitches! I can truthfully say, I have never had such a fun day car shopping! Mr. Arrowood, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and he possesses a marvelous sense of humor. My go to carguy from now on. I had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience, I told the salesroom guys, I was going to come hang out with them on Saturdays! I will probably not carry through with that threat, but they had better watch out!

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Good all around experience. The personal service, courteous attitude, drop-off experience and thorough addressing of all my concerns was the best I've seen in quite awhile. The dealership/service department made me and my wife feel like we were their best friends. Also greatly appreciated a thorough explanation of how each item was addressed. There were 5 or 6 issues that needed attention.

I recently purchased a car and had an exceptional experience at Paramount Hickory. I have already referred three people to this dealership and recommended they ask for Hunter. He was outstanding to work with, as was C.J. in the finance department. This is my sixth Kia, but my first time working with Paramount Hickory, and Hunter and C.J. made it the best experience I have ever had. Due to some medical issues that prevent me from driving long distances, Hunter and C.J. accommodated my needs by working with me over the phone and through text messages to ensure I got the car I wanted and needed. Hunter even drove the car to my house, which was over an hour each way, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything once he arrived. I cannot thank both of them enough for their exceptional service and dedication.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

Jon was great other dealerships should take lessons on how to treat their customers! Jon did what he said and was very professional. Great job will be back!

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I really appreciate how I was treated. Everyone was nice and polite. I was also offered a ride home and a ride back to my car. I was so happy about the whole experience.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

This service is one of a kind and just shows the hard work they put into making the customer happy and including them in the process.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Matt is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy and he is very attentive to your needs. The car I wanted had a tapping noise when I test drove it, but I really liked it, so Matt and I drove out and back to the dealership three or four times, trying different fixes each time hoping it went away. Matt got out on the wet ground with his suit on, looking for any hint of where this noise could come from. Eventually we discovered it was a loose mud flap. I went back today and Matt gave me original Hyundai car mats even though I have had the car a couple weeks. I will buy here again when I am ready for an upgrade.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

First time I purchase a Volkswagen CPO car by internet/phone and out of State. It was a graduation gift for my daughter. Zachary and Ernie gave great service and had the patience to answer all my questions and made me feel secure about my purchase. Had an ongoing problem with my 2021 Outback info center. After many updates recommended by Subaru, which didn’t work, Randy Marion’s service crew provided me with a loaner car (which I now want!) while they worked on my car. In just a few hours they notified me that my car was ready. So far, it appears so. System working faster than ever before. All in all, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience with them. 👏👏👏

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

We drove over an hour to purchase 2 of our Hellcat Chargers at Steve White Motors. We love that they don’t have any hidden fees like other dealerships we had looked at before coming here. 2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up
