30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

This was the second time we’ve bought a car from Motorwerks BMW Bloomington and I can’t say enough about the service and experience. Jordon went above and beyond and was such an easy person to work with. Gone are the days of sitting around and being hassled. In and out in 1.5 hours! Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

Excellent Customer service. Otoh, the car prices here are higher than at other dealerships within a 50 mile radius. The sale manager was more greedy than flexible enough to work with customer. He gave me the impression that he didn?t plan to stay around much too long so gotta fleece as much as he can before making his exit outa here.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

The brake actuator went out on my 2014 Prius and I reached out to six dealerships and on-line sources only to learn the part was on back order with no idea when it would be available. Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

I bought a car at this dealership in 2014 and was in the market for another car this year. I decide to check out the dealership once again. I really was not sure what make or type of vehicle I wanted. Had an excellent experience at Luther Bloomington Hyundai. My salesperson, AK Abdi was excellent. Great personality, not pushy, patient and informative. Could not ask for a better salesperson.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Everything was the great for the most part. However, I ended up being their over 4 hours due to a staffing issue. Everyone there did make the stay as good as possible.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. I have purchased 2 Honda vehicles from her in the past 5 years. That alone should speak volumes to her integrity and customer care. I would only send new customers to her to purchase a Honda. Mike Keller has also been absolutely wonderful, solving an issue I had with my recent Honda in a better than timely manner with excellent customer care, as well. I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.
