Who knew that so much upgrades could happen from 2017-2020! I am so happy with my 2020 SL pathfinder rock creek edition! It had everything I wanted and more!!! Chad made this the easiest and fastest experience for me! I highly recommend him! The best part was also I told him I didnt wanna put any money down and didnt want payments to go up much at all. A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

It’s my second time buying a vehicle from this dealership. Both times Chad Hinton made the process really easy. Other dealerships couldn’t get a simple deal put together and tried to take advantage of ones situation but at this nissan from the moment you walk through the door the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Never felt I was being taken advantage of. The dealership is spotless. Albert Merrell is great at explaining everything when signing the documents to your vehicle purchase. I refuse to go anywhere else and will continue to do business with them in the future. Highly recommended. Only downside is their wash/detail department needs mayor improvement when it comes to delivering a new car. Other than that, I’ve had nothing but great experience both times.

My 2023 Nissan Kicks has everything I was looking for in a new vehicle and then some. It has all of the comforts, technology and safety features that anybody could ask for. Plus the ride is really smooth, and you can turn on a dime.

I have had the S edition for about a year now. I love this car. Got a good trade-in price for my 2016 Sorento EX. I regularly get between 40-45 mpg. Smooth ride. Comfortable drive. Nimble. Responsive. Highly recommend the car, in spite of Consumer Report trashing it. Oct issue criticized 28 mpg. I don't know what model they tested, but it wasn't mine.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Ask for Philip! I was in the market for a very specific model used car which I happened to find online at Critz BMW. Critz is located about 450 miles away from me in another state and to say I bit nervous about buying a car that I could not see in person first was an understatement, but I decided to reach out to Critz BMw anyways and am happy I did. I was contacted the following morning by Philip Ellison. I expressed my concerns about buying a used car over the phone that I could not see in person first. Philip went above and beyond to try and help alleviate my concerns. You can tell that Philip is not only a car person himself but a straight shooter too. Not only did he take the time to send me over a dozen high resolution photos but also sent me several detailed videos in which he was sure to point all the minor imperfections (which were all normal things one would expect on a used car). The price negotiations were painless, without all the unnecessary games that a lot of car dealerships try which I truly appreciated. We were easily able to reach an agreement on price within 30 minutes. I decided to fly to Savannah and drive the car home instead of having the car transported to me as l wanted to see and drive it before paying for it and Philip with kind of enough to personally come pick me and my son at the airport in person. Once we got to the dealership, you could see that the car was detailed to perfection. Not a single water spot or speck of dust anywhere and it was exact as described oy Philip. He even went as far as to stored inside to keep the weather and element from messing up the detail job before I arrived. He could tell I was excited about buying the car which he said got him excited about having the car ready for me. After a quick test drive, we sat down to complete the necessary paperwork with Nikki in the finance department. In my 30+ years of buying and leasing cars, this was probably the quickest and nicest time! have had to spend with a finance manager in all my car buying experiences. Both Philip and Nikki reviewed some of the various protection plans that they had available for me, but I never felt as if they were being pushy or trying to hard sell me. Being over 50+ years old, I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experiences I have every had and want to personally thank Philip for making it so easy and pleasant. It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.
