STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

If you take care of your Land Rover Discovery Sport it will take care of you. This is a good looking car inside and out. The brand itself holds its value. With proper tires this is a smooth riding vehicle. I highly recommend you experience it for yourself.

I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience purchasing my first ever car at North Hills Auto Mall. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Any and all questions I had (which were many) were answered in a very timely manner and explained very well (which I greatly appreciated because I'm definitely not anywhere near a car expert). I purchased my car in January 2019 and now almost a year later I am still in love with it and happy with my decision. It is currently 13 years old, and I purchased it with a considerably low mileage for its age, as well as no rust. It was clean inside and out and in wonderful condition. I requested to see the Carfax, and a copy was gladly handed to me to keep, which revealed it had only 1 previous owner and a clean history with no reported accidents. I also took it for a test drive. It still today runs fantastic and I have yet to run into any problems with it. We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

This is a superb vehicle, even after many kms of driving. It should last many years with normal maintenance. It has no flaws that I'm aware of.

Went with my son to buy a new car for him because he wrecked his last one. This was the only place I could find a Honda CR-V in a manual transmission. Bought it and a couple months down the line absolutely no issues with it. My son is very happy with his new car and my money was well spent on a car that is very reliable.

I bought the car with 150k miles and it was rotting in a neighbors driveway. The dealer told me it would cost $1900 to fix. I went home and YouTubed all of the repairs myself and got the parts for $120. Easy to work on and reasonable to repair. Now almost 200k miles and I drive it everywhere. Great car and it still has the picnic table.

My dad bought this car new in 2000, drove it to Florida, Colorado, West Virginia etc. Has never broke down or had any problems with him, then he gave it to me and she still runs perfectly. So comfortable and roomy. She gets AMAZING gas mileage. She’s got a little rust and shakes a little bit over 70 mph but other than that she’s the most safe and reliable car. I would recommend this car to someone who’s looking for their first car.

This has been one of the Best vehicles I've ever owned. It is probably The Most Reliable car I've ever had. The only negative in my opinion is the paint job the Manufacturer did or the paint they used. Other than that it's been a great vehicle.

I've had mine for almost 20 years and luckily or not it's been trouble free except for a few recalls. She's a dream car with 133,000 Miles on it. I also have a Nissan Rogue and it's a tough choice as to which I'll get Next when it comes time to get a new one.

So far my new SUV has ran fantastic! Tires are in great shape! Under 100k mileage!! Smooth comfortable ride! Clean, inside and out. I even invested in a Kenwood radio with backup screen, GPS, Bluetooth, and more. Love it even more now! Very happy with my purchase

I bought this for my first car and was honestly amazing. I'm so upset that its totaled and will miss her so much. My only complaint about it was the Air Conditioning during HOT HOT summers would blow out warm air, but I think its a common issue. At 151k miles, it developed this sound with the exhausted, but nevertheless, an amazing, dependable car for a girl who knows nothing about them.

My dad bought this car around 2010. Used it, gave it to my mom, my mom gave it to me in 2020. Rarely had issues. Hearty car, withstood my neglect. Never needed anything other than oil changes. It got totaled in an accident last week. I'm grieving the loss. This car was a champion until the very end. RIP Barbara.

Just bought one used. It is everything I hoped it would be. I had looked for one with limited trim; I like just the basics. The more computerized and techy a vehicle is, the more that can go wrong... My dealer found the perfect one for me. If I had to critique anything, it would be that the visibility from the rear could be a little better. I had an older RAV4 that had a lot more all-around visibility, but so far, that is the only thing and it's not even a big deal. Mine has fabric seats, just like I wanted. I'm not a fan of leather. This SUV does really good on gas too. I like it better than my RAV.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.
