The sale rep that I dealt with got a little snippy a few times within the transaction ,as I was unsure of my next move. Also said something that was somewhat sexist and I reconsidered again, but I loved the car,the price, and the mileage that was on it, so I proceeded with the sale. If I had to go there again, I would probably ask that person to realize that MY money was being spent here,and that patience should always be a virtue. I really truly think that someone else was looking at the particular car that I liked, and the sales person figured that if I didn't buy it, the other person would,and the sales rep became a few shades colder at that point. The other staff members were very courteous and kind, not pushy or overzealous with their sales persona.

Our 2nd RAV4 (since 2014) was purchased brand new from Cobb Co Toyota only 3 weeks ago and I’m very pleased with this loaded 2025 xle premium build quality, comfort, tech features and drivability thus far. The dealership I purchased my car from sold to Hyman Bros and I was initially skeptical that I would continue to receive great customer service. However, I quickly found out that I had nothing to be concerned about. Hyman Bros provides absolutely wonderful customer service!!

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

One of my Porsches is a vintage air-cooled 911. Euroclassics has two mechanics that will still work on the "classic" Porsches. That is a big relief to me because trained technicians that can work on the classic cars are starting to become rare. I buy a lot of parts from Euroclassics. If the part is not in stock, they will order it and it will be at the dealership in one or two days. Plus, they offer PCA members a 10% discount on parts and accessories. There sales team is great. They are a very open and honest team of Porsche professionals. Sometimes I just stop by the dealership to chat and get up to speed on the "latest & greatest" Porsche models and enhancements. In 1995 I toured the Porsche factory in Stuttgart. I was 15 years old. I had the dream of one day owning a 911, but never really believed it would happen. A Porsche keychain was purchased at the factory as a good luck charm of sorts. The hope was to connect it to the real deal. It took 22 years, but I did it. Thank you Euroclassics!

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

In the market for a new car, I knew I wanted a convertible. I had been youtubing a number of cars, but couldn't decide on what could check every box on my list, something practical, fast, exotic, and a sound that got my blood pumping. I stopped by my local Porsche dealership in Indianapolis and drove a 911 4S and instantly fell in love. Instead of buying right then and there, I went home and built one online in hopes that I could find it somewhere in the US. Insert Euroclassics! A gently used 911 4S with everything I wanted and a few things I didn't know I wanted. I called Euroclassics on Monday and spoke with Drew Hardiman. Not only was Drew personable, knowledgeable and not pushy, his passion for Porsche resonated in every conversation. He was timely and honest with his responses. Given his over 8 years Porsche service experience, every question I had was answered and he even shared some maintenance tidbits that would help keep the car out trouble. 90% of our conversation were via phone and email and I never felt uncomfortable about buying a car I had only seen via pics on the internet. Kari worked hard to explain all items needed upon delivery and even more tirelessly to get me the best rate possible. She and Drew explained the different warranty packages (which I highly recommend purchasing) and all the necessary documents needed for my state of residence. We drove from Ohio to look at a pre-owned 911 Carrera S Cabriolet. It was well worth the drive! The salesman Jon was very helpful. Many emails were exchanged prior to our trip and he always responded quickly with answers to our questions. We had a good deal negotiated before we got there, but Jon ended up making it an even better deal!! The car is amazing and in exactly the condition the pictures showed it to be (actually looked even better in person). Jon kept telling us we wouldn't be disappointed and he was right! Kari was amazing as well. The purchasing process could not have been easier. And she loves dogs! When we're in the market for our next Porsche, I will certainly give Jon a call.

I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!
