I have a scheduled B service on 29 July 2025. I was a little early but when my service advisor saw me...he immediately took me in. Mr Woo is a professional in every sense of the word. As I waited at the lounge he ensured that ne and my wife are comfortable. Mr Woo updated me with the status of my car. After a couple of hours later my car was completed. He handed me the receipts and explained what was done with my car. Overall...Mercedes Benz of Reno had surpassed all my expectations...from sales...finance...parts and service. I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

I was very nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car as an adult, but it was overall a good experience! The salesperson I corresponded with beforehand and who managed the deal in person, Matthew, went *above and beyond* to help me get the exact car I wanted and feel comfortable the whole way through. I was a little overwhelmed during the finance portion of the deal, but the Finance Director Scott patiently answered every question I had and worked to make sure I got the best I could out of the loan and warranty. The only complaint I have is that the car wasn?t fully detailed inside, but I?m so excited about my low-mileage, reliable, well-taken-care-of V6 rocket RAV4 I really don?t mind.

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

We left on a driving vacation afterthought recall and service. When wedrove onto a rain shower, something happened that never occurred before. FLASHING RED LIGHTS BREAKS and PARK along with SRS restraint visit workshop. I would hope that the MB Reno, NV will address this when we return.

Great vehicle. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. It rides good and has great performance with the 6.2 engine!! For an SUV, it is very quiet.

Everyone was professional, and Ilya Sobolev especially was an awesome salesperson! His knowledge of Mercedes cars is extensive, and the process of seeing the car on the lot, and then buying it was seamless.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!
