I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I was contacted the very next morning after inquiring about a 2008 Sante Fe. The saleslady was very nice and very informed. The only reason I didn't purchase the car was that the interior was a light grey and we are a country family and make lots of dirt so I was looking for darker upholstery or leather. She is keeping an eye out for what I want and will be in touch if she finds anything. Great place!!

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

From the first email to the dealer to me signing papers my experience was excellent. I am from St.louis Missouri and I had never even heard of Salem Illinois so I was slightly hesitant to deal with someone out of town. However my mind was eased when I received an almost immediate response from Matt Reid of Schmidt Ford. He was very honest and forthright with details regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I couldn't afford to make more than one trip so all the details of the sale were has he out before I arrived which made it easy for to make the trip. When I got there the dealership was small but clean and professional. Matt Reid was waiting for me with the truck ready to test drive and a big smile. I was really nervous because I had only seen pictures and you never know what was hiding. As soon as I laid eyes on the truck I was overwhelmed with relief and excitement. I test drove it and it ran great! I went to sign papers and j was relieved at how quick and simple schmidt ford was set up to operate. Having my sales person also be the finance person was awesome it saved the extra time and wait and I was already comfortable with Matt and trusted him. Everything with deal was perfect and I will look there first for future purchases! To top it all off Matt called me on Monday after the purx base to make sure I was enjoying the truck and that I was still happy with it. We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Black on black with black grill and rims with crushed glass in the paint, so many compliments especially how masculine looking the vehicle is The dealership Garber of Fort pierce has been amazing from sales to service to accessories Best purchase I've made in years highly recommended

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

I've been buying cars for 19+ years and this was the best dealership experience I've ever had. In total, I've bought approximately 15 cars in that time period so that shows you how many dealerships I've been to. So what is the reason why I liked my experience here so much? Well, it's because I felt like they were real people and not con artists. They actually to talk to me like a human being. They were upfront and honest with me (to the best of my knowledge). They gave me extra parts for the car that I bought and even through and two T-shirts. It seems to be a family owned and run the right way. I spoke to the owner who is very friendly and kind for way longer than I needed to. I had already bought the car and yet I hung around to chit chat about cars with him. It was a good time. There was some very minor haggling on the price of the vehicle I purchased as well as my trade-in but it was way better than what I've experienced in the past . If they were actually closer to where I live I would gladly go back for all of my future car purchases. I still may do that anyway despite being over 120 miles away .

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I had a great experience when visiting this facility. Wonderful customer service and great choices of vehicles. Clean facility as well. Easy process for buying. I highly recommend this facility when your in the market for a vehicle.Sadly i did not get to make a purches when i went only due to my credit not being very good yet. As soon as i build my credit up more i will be going back to make a purchase.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.
