My experience so far with Hendrick Subaru has been excellent. From being fortunate to have Ashley Lemonds as my salesperson and Finance Manager Faris Qomaq to Joseph Rossman as the Encore Delivery Specialist, I have had a very positive experience. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the purchasing process at Hendrick Subaru.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

Jay was a great salesperson to work with from start to finish. She was courteous and knowledgeable, and helped us understand the multitude of options available without ever being condescending or rude. Not once did we feel pressured to make a certain purchase, rather Jay helped guide us to the best Subaru for our needs. We will definitely work with her again in the future. The Subaru Encore experience with Jo was invaluable. He was helpful and informative, and more than happy to answer any questions about our new Subaru. This is an excellent service that we have never experienced with other car purchases.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

Had several questions about my new Subaru after driving it 2000 miles to Canada.Joe Rossman answered all my questions ,most were fairly simple solutions caused by my lack of tech skills. Joe is a great guy and very skilled in all things Subaru.His first briefing on my purchase day was very helpful and greatly appreciated. I have a 2021 blazer 2LT V6 AWD. I bought it new and I have 62000 miles on it. I have driven it through 8 states with it. This is the most comfortable anx fun SUV I've ever drove. I does feel like the rear-end slippes a little in the winter but it when through the snow with no issues and recently an ice storm. The Continental tires that came with it were not that great. They road rough and a lot of noise on country roads. They didn't seem to last very long either. A set of Firestone tires and the ride was better and less road noise. Better on snow and ice. I really like this blazer. I think the price is a little hight with just a few options.

He is a very kind person, I really appreciate his great service. David in finance is also great and made that part of the process really smooth. Joseph made the Love - Encore process really fun. After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

I’ve had my 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD 5-door SUV (4x4) for a month now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I absolutely loath car dealers and car salesman. I have finally found legit folks and I want to spread the word. I purchased a car at Leith and it had a couple of issues. Issues they had no way of knowing about. They assured me they would fix it and they kept their word. On top of that they gave me top dollar for my trade. I drove 3 hours to deal with Charles Parker and Glenn Finkle and they will get all my business from now on!

Because it a great car because the car has 118k miles on it and its only 15,371 dollars and its used and works very well

So my wife Christine and I were looking for a specific used car for our 16 year old daughter Angelina’s first car! So the first thing I did was go on LeithCars.Com and lo and behold Leith Maserati & Alfa Romeo of Raleigh had the exact car we were looking for! She was so excited when she saw the car and my wife and I were very emotional that we were able to make our baby girl so happy and we are so thankful and grateful to Lasha for taking time out of his day so we can give our daughter this amazing gift and we are proud to have done that thru Leith Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Raleigh. Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I went to have my trunk light fixed and a leak in my tire . Sabre was extremely nice and the service was extremely great . My overall experience was awesome.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I have had this vehicle for 4 years and couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy it. It drives great, more like a sports car which I have owned. It’s been extremely reliable with no expenses other than maintenance thus far and it looks great. Best looking SUV out there.
