I could not believe that I was able to get my deal done for my brand new 2017 Corolla. Shelby Marie Motyka and Cheryl King made it happen and created a buying situation that was all good for me and my wife. I was very very happy as was my wife with how easy and great the process went. Went in with our white Corolla and drove out with our new Barcelona Red Corolla.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

I purchased a used 2023 Tucson from Gettel Nissan. Salesman Valentino Naeder made the purchase easy. The only drawback was the time spent (4hrs) at the dealership to actually drive home. Received a temporary registration plate good for 30 days and was informed that a permanent plate was in the mail. Near the 30 day mark I contacted salesman Pete who quickly had a permanent plate sent within 2 days. Thank You

No xm Sirius availability or Navigation screen or sensors on side mirrors for 2021 vehicle except that it's fine . I traveled on 95 S it was fine.

Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. Got quotes from 2 other dealerships within 60 miles and Gettel matched the lowest. Very easy transaction, friendly attentive service by Sam, Walter and finance manager Glen. The dealership was very busy but I was never neglected and constantly informed of the status of the sale. traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

Amazing experience at Kia of Cape Coral. We had been to two other Kia dealerships before we found Mark Lima at Kia of Cape Coral.He was very fair and when I spoke with him over the phone and made an agreement on price, he was the first to actually honor the price exactly when we got to the dealership. Typically we were given an agreed price and then once we got to the other dealership, the price went up with tons of fees added. This did not happen with Mark at Kia of Cape Coral. He was so efficient and kind throughout the entire process. He made the car buying process a positive experience for us. I highly recommend him if you are in this area and in the market to buy a car. He will do his best to make sure you are treated well throughout the process. This was my daughter’s first new car and it took a little longer through the financing process but he stayed past his normal hours to make sure it was all completed before he left us. Thank you so much Mark! You have earned our business on any future car purchase. I had to share this experience because I know this isn’t the normal experience at most car dealerships. Mark was an exception to the experiences we have had in the past.

Dependable suv money can buy. The outlander sport drives awesome and the gas milage isn't bad for being an SUV. Would recommend this SUV for anyone looking for a new suv without breaking the bank.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. Also thanks to Joe A. who was out sick yesterday. Thanks for keeping me up to date on the build process.

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Amazing car for the value! Looks great and drives even better. I'd recommend this car for family as two car seats fit perfectly in the backset :)

Went in and left in the car we went there for. They worked to get us the payments we wanted. Also said they would do a checkup with us in 2 weeks. Not quite 2 weeks yet but I?m sure they will keep there word

Some of the reviews on this site must be talking about a different dealiership when it comes to the Sales, Finance, and Finance Management team. I purchased a new car from David Anthony at MB Sarasota, and I could not be happier with the service and expertise they provided. To put it in perspective, I've purchased several Mercedes vehicles at various dealerships over the years, and it was by far the best experience I have ever had. David was so helpful and his knowledge about the brand is unmatched. He was also super patient with me as I went through the negotiating process and MB Sarasota ended up offering the best price for the 2026 GLC as well as the best trade-in value. He also updated me on the status of the car as I awaited delivery regularly. His responsiveness was unreal. The finance team was equally helpful and pleasant to deal with. No hard sales tactics. Troy and his Manager could not have been easier and nicer to deal with. Overall, I would give this dealership a 10 if I could, and I RARELY take the time to write a review on any site unless the service is great. Go see David at MB Sarasota and the finance team. Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.
