I want to express my deepest appreciation to Max Ricci for his professionalism and efforts to locate a Certified Pre-Owned Audi A6 with very specific options on it. I came from Colorado to Billings; MT seeking to retire and obtain my dream car. I went to Audi - Bozeman and was greeted by a very nice person who referred me to Max because he was currently with a client. Max took me on a test drive because I had never ridden in an Audi before, but heard a lot of excellent things about them. Wow was I amazed! The A6 was exactly what I wanted but could not afford a new one. Max immediately began looking for what I wanted. Unfortunately, the Audi dealership in CO knew what I wanted prior to visiting Bozeman and called within a few days with the perfect car for me and my budget. It was a demo driven by one of the owners that was just made available for sale. I could not refuse the offer and regret not being able to buy the car from Max. This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

Roomy, state of the art touch screen, cool safety features Audi was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. It ended up being our only stop. Very happy with my experience snd would highly recommend.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I had a great experience both with sales and with repair in the shop. All I can say is I will always go to Snyder first in the future when looking for a vehicle. They went above and beyond. Thank you Pete in sales and Levi in the shop!

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Purchased a used truck from Eli today. What a great experience, she and everyone were so helpful and on top of it, making sure the process went smoothly and quickly, but still at my pace. I’ll be back!

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

Amazing car for the value! Looks great and drives even better. I'd recommend this car for family as two car seats fit perfectly in the backset :)
