She makes you feel right at home and address all the issues you may have or think you have with your car. Top notch service. She should be the staple of any service department. If she was working for my dealership she would be of service director.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

It was just regular annual oil change. The representative was very nice, service was quick and price was reasonable for Mercedes. Waiting room was clean and of course there was as always opportunity to check new models.

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

I received the car that I wanted. I was in and out in about 5 hours. That was really good. Love, Love, Love, my car.:)) She is really fast even when I'm not going fast. Martin as usual was a pleasure to be with. I've been with Davis Chevrolet since 2006. I had the pleasure of driving a Suburban and I've had 2 Traverse. Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

Love their One Price pricing, no additional add-ons of things other dealers love to tack on (i.e., CalTex coating, 1-year GPS tracker that does not lower insurance rate). No games in purchasing.
