traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

I really like this place. They were hosting a charity event at the time, and it was nice to see the dealership involved in supporting our community. Our sales associate was attentive, his sales manager understood my requests, and the finance manager got me out the door without delay. All in all, the way it should go every time.

About as pleasant as a car-buying experience can be. Only hiccough was that someone else scheduled a test-drive of the same vehicle at the same time as me. Since you sign-up for specific test-drive appointments, conflicts like this shouldn't really happen. Nonetheless, while waiting, I test drove another vehicle and liked that one better anyways. My only complaint would be the mandatory fee for the PermaPlate treatment (not included in the advertised price unless you go all the way through to see what the out-the-door price would be). Maybe the 5-yr warranty that comes with the treatment will be worth it, but frankly, I don't ever appreciate mandatory dealer add-ons -- especially when I learned that the owner of EchoPark's parent company also owns PermaPlate. Definitely sus, but even with the fee, prices are competitive.

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.

No xm Sirius availability or Navigation screen or sensors on side mirrors for 2021 vehicle except that it's fine . I traveled on 95 S it was fine.

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

Lauren O'Neal took over and had me bring my car in that day to be assessed. Parts were ordered. Parts came in sooner than expected and Lauren called me to bring my vehicle in for the repairs. I bought my ?replacement? 2018 Highlander Limited from Ron Hibbard Toyota after putting 129 miles on my old 2018 Highlander XLE. The XLE did not have the features I thought it had after being told by the ?new? Nashville Toyota dealer that the safety features were the same on all models. After a few weeks I thought I would see how painful trading up would be. This time I turned right on Gallatin Pike instead of left like I did when I made the wrong turn a few weeks earlier. From the second I walked in the building, everyone spoke and was helpful. I was directed to Lydia Atmore. Lydia was the most helpful and knowledgeable sales person I?ve met in this process. After making my first offer she took it to the boss. A few minutes later, the owner Ron Hibbard came to the office and spent at least 15 minutes discussing the possibilities of how we could work out a trade. That?s right; the owner. He didn?t just happen to be in town that day. He actually works there! Lydia just kept working with me to find the right vehicle and in a couple of days I had what I was looking for in a car and in a sale price. After the sale was completed, Lydia spent more than an hour showing my wife and I the vehicle?s features. I went back a few days later for a refresher course. Lydia is the best! My newest car is doing great, even though I?ve already run up 140 miles on it in the first few days! This is a dealership with a visible owner who wants to work with his customers. No pressure, and friendly helpful employees. Go by and leave happier than when you arrived. Be sure and take home a new car with you!

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I purchased a Ram truck from these gentlemen. They are very accommodating brought it to downtown on a Friday for me to look at it. Then delivered it to my home once I decided to purchase it. Only thing… it was delivered empty lol, guess I burned up all my gas with the Hendersonville to Nashville and back then delivery. For real though great people.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.
