My wife and I are so happy with our purchase. The Nissan Rogue is a great car especially since we have a newborn, it fits us perfectly. I purchased my new 2014 Pure White Camry from Fred Anderson Toyota in Dec. 2013. I could not have been happier at that time with the service provided from the sales experience to my experience with the service department. That all changed when my vehicle was part of the defective paint issue they acknowledged in 2020. Trying to get it remedied became an extremely frustrating process over an almost 3 yr. period. I was ready to give up and sell the car at a loss but decided to try one more time. I called Fred Andersons Service dept. to discuss with the service manager, Bill DePriest. That was my lucky day! I was prepared for another exhausting process but Bill without question or hesitation immediately got the ball rolling to get my car repaired. He immediately got Jackson Trhlin involved in the scheduling and within 6 weeks my car was repaired and looks new...Every follow-up exchange I had with him was responsive, pleasant and respectful. Thanks to Bill I was finally heard and acknowledged. I felt the care and concern he had for my earlier exhausting experience. He made it his mission to get me taken care of as soon as possible...The level of service and responsiveness I received from him was amazing. Shoutout to Jackson too for getting me on the schedule quickly as well... My interaction with Bill and the expedient repair of my paint issue that he facilitated renewed my faith in Toyota and in particular Fred Anderson of Charleston. He represented himself and Fred Anderson Toyota well by taking their commitment to their customers to a new high. I cannot recommend them more and it's all because of Bill !!! I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

This is my first SUV. I like that it’s not really huge but big enough for what I need. I also really enjoy the comfortable seating.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

Easily made an appointment on their website. I was greeted as I walked in & helped right away. They have a very nice waiting area. A soft drink machine, coffee area and snacks while you wait. The car was not one that I continued to have interest in. The dealership attempts to stay in contact, but does not have any other cars I am interested in.

I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

First Subaru ever. Got the Ascent Touring onyx. Fully loaded. The handling is great. I love the all wheel drive. It is much zippier than my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. For the money, the safety equipment, and extras are worth it. I LOVE the auto vehicle hold! Never knew I needed it until I had it. I miss the mileage of my hybrid, but the amount I drive it is not too much of an overall ownership cost difference. The center counsel system is slow to react sometimes, and would like physical buttons. Otherwise I love the large screen. Happy that the shifter is actually a shifter not a button or knob. Love the rear view camera, and surround cameras for parking are good. App, is better than most, and facial recognition is great for seat, mirror adjustments and lifetime gas mileage!

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.
