We were staying in Crossville and saw this dealership, checked reviews, stopped by and made an appointment for early afternoon. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Professional in every way. Bought a new 2025 Maveruck XLT. Spencer Cox was the sales agent. Nice bunch of folks. No pressure to buy this that or the other thing. The first "no" was accepted and we moved on. I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.
