just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

Talked with Jerry (internet manager) worked out a deal over the phone. Drove 3 hours to Dealership. Thomas showed us 4 or 5 cars all were clean and excellent shape. we picked one, test drove it....Ran Great....Eric did the paperwork and we were on the Road home. This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Quick, comfortable , fair and great work! Got an appointment within a day. The work was done very efficiently and the service department was in touch every step of the way.

I had the 2021 Venza XLE for 4.5 years. I just traded it in. I never had one issue with the car. Great gas mileage, comfortable, great drive. I recommend it for anyone interested.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.
