I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

We had to have our air condition fixed in our 2018 Ford Explorer recently. The staff at Tipton Ford were so kind and informative. They found the root of the problem, ordered the parts which came right away, and since we are a one car family gave us a ride home and picked us up when our explorer was finished! Justin Messersmith was fantastic. I arrived at the dealership at 5 o'clock on a Friday afternoon (of the 4th of July weekend), and Justin came and welcomed me and listened to what I was looking for. I was looking at small SUV and Justin was very knowledgeable about the CR-V we looked at first. We took it for a test drive and I was impressed with the CR-V. By the time we got back it was 6 o'clock (closing time), I said I would come back tomorrow to look. Justin offered to let me take the car overnight to check the CR-V better. I took the vehicle home and when I returned on Saturday, I was greeted by Justin in the parking lot. I test drove the Rav4 and decided on leasing the CR-V. It took awhile in financing due to so many people buying vehicles that day, by the time I was done it was past closing hours, but Justin was still there waiting to make sure I had no other questions before I left. I truly appreciate all the extra time the Justin spent with me. I would say overall it was the best car buying experience I have had. I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

The 2025 Equinox is a good solid SUV. My only complaint is it has electronic problems. Every time I take it in the dealer says that no codes can be found? It starts by itself! The engine surges when you are stopped at a light or stop sign, in the past month it surges as you apply the breaks to stop. Happens randomly, You never know when it will happen. Compass has quite working, speed zone indicator has gone out and the message that tells you that your phone is in the charger has disappeared! Other than the above issues the 2025 Equinox is great. 😊

I recently traveled from Indy to Toyota of Muncie because I needed to trade in my lease and find a new car. I was helped first on the phone by Josh Chamness and then later that afternoon in the store. I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I had a minor repair (windshield fluid tank) that was a $98 part and $300 labor. Explaining it would be difficult to pay the labor, the Service Dept. connected me to the Body Shop whose labor was considerably less. The Receptionist went above and beyond to get me Shuttled from and back to the shop during the repair. It makes a difference when people do their jobs with excellent service which is what happened for me.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

The experience was pleasant from the time I walked in the door. Greeted by every person that I passed and several went out of their way to greet me. Christina was working with me on the vehicles that I wanted to take a look at. She had the keys for both vehicles at her desk upon my arrival. After some chatting, we took one for a test drive, and we took it to my house as my wife was not able to come to the Greg Hubler's on this day to allow her to see the vehicle, which we both greatly appreciated. Upon returning to the dealership, I knew that I was going to take this vehicle, and Christina started the purchase process, by listening to what I was expecting to pay each month and making sure that I received all the incentives that I was eligible for. Then Zack came over to get a feel for what I was looking for a far a payments per month and he worked his magic, and it was very close to what I felt comfortable with. And the deal was done. Not once did I feel any pressure to make a deal at any time, every step of the process was explained to my satisfaction. Chuck came over several time to ensure that I had not concerns about any step of the process. Once everything was signed and approved, Christina took the time to guide me through the set-up of the info mat display on the vehicle, not just signing in, but through each app that is available, and this surely saved me time figuring it out on my own. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience as I was going to spend a lot of money on a vehicle and everyone did everything in their power to ensure that it was done right, and I really appreciate that. Now I am extremely happy with my vehicle purchase as this is the first new vehicle that I have ever bought.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Two weeks ownership impressions, this Jeep is quite impressive. I've never been a Jeep person. Long time Dodge Charger owner in the sports car world. Cross shopping the Mustang Mach-e, the Grand Cherokee 4xe really got my attention. It's got that "in town" all electric distance, but you have the turbo gas engine for range and flexibility. The interior is not quite oppulent luxury, but it is VERY nice inside. Levels above what typical Jeep interiors and technology have been. It's very well put together with nice materials, and even some nice plastics. The one huge strike is the choice of so much center piano black. This material has to die. UConnect 5 is my absolute favorite. It works extremely well. The TomTom Nav is kinda weak. It only works best when you input the exact address. Combined electric and gas performance is impressive! This big SUV launches off the line when asked to. Electric use is pretty good for a big vehicle, at about 26mi. Which has been perfect for local driving when I'm off the highway. My combined MPG with gas/electric has been 25mpg, on Regular fuel. Which is a huge step up from the old Charger, yet I have all this cargo room. In the recent snow storms, this GC has been a snow BEAST. Very stable, and the stock Bridgestone tires have been acceptable in their snow performance. A few negatives; the dealer helped fixed a squeaky front panel right away. And they updated my UConnect system, where the screen was flashing black. After those fixes, the GC 4xe has been flawless. The engine is a bit noisy at higher rpms, but I don't mind it too much getting to use its performance. I've been Level 1 charging overnight at home, which has been adequate, taking about 14-15hrs for a full charge. That usually gets 2-3 local errand/to highway trips before it runs out. Then I charge again for the next day. When the battery is "dead" there's enough reserve to operate like a Prius hybrid, to help keep fuel efficiency up while in gas mode. Overall very happy! It's a lease to hedge my bets on this new tech, hopefully it keeps going well! I might be a Jeep convert!

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.
