So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

excellant service on repair. gave me a loaner while in the shop. cost much less than estimate. clean inside and out when finished. will go to this dealership again!

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

Took less than an hour. Oil change for synthetic oil was $40 cheaper than some express oil change place. Didnt even make an appointment. Love it. Wifi available to work while i wait.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Came in to turn in the old lease. Wife wanted to go from a sub-compact Scion iA to a Rav4 midsize suv. Mike McGinness helped us find exactly what she could afford! No sales gimmicks from anyone. The sales Manager Stephanie came out and greeted us while we looked at some vehicles in the showroom. Simply thanked us for coming in and was excited for us. Wife’s anxiety and hunger got the best of her, so Mike was ok with me letting her test drive to our house to drop her off and take a closer look at the new Rav4. Came back, picked one out and worked out some numbers that she was able to afford. Even though it was closing time at that point, Randy Miles, the leasing manager got all the paperwork ready for her to sign. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Not sure why people get wound up sometimes about dealerships. Its a big purchase and it’s great to have knowledgeable people helping you along the way. Going to pick up the new Rav4 LE AWD tomorrow! If you come ready to buy, know where you stand and do some price research, you will have a great experience. Toyota’s are solid vehicles. I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

We already knew what car we wanted to see at the dealer when we went there. Austin was our salesman and found the car we wanted and let us take it for a good test drive. He sat down with us and went over what we thought about it and then started working on financing with us. Mike Phelps, the finance manager, then took over. He was great! He contacted some financiers and found the best rate for us. He did not pressure us to get anything we did not want to get. He got us a good payment. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer, and we would also go back again.

The gmc Yukon from 2014 is very good it’s good for snow hauling trailers and children. What I love is the cozy luxury interior with the leather seats. It is very reliable the biggest problem we had was the cooling system failing but the repair cost was only $200. I kept everything on it stock. The sound system speakers are crazy good the base is 200% good I just love everything about it!

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

Pleasant experience staff was very friendly. Once the financing through my back was approved I was in and out with a full tank of gas in 10-15 minutes. Would definitely go back in the future.

Handles good. Wins safety awards, hope we never test that. We do like our 2015 better. My wife's sister's Tribeca kept them alive but was totaled. Can't seem to get the mileage it said on the sticker.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!
