I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

We just got a 2019 Hyundai Kona and love it. Keith Winters went out of his way to make the entire process a breeze. This is my second Hyundai Santa Fe I have purchsed from Hyundai of La Quinta. I shopped other Hyundai dealerships for my second Santa Fe. All that did was reinforce that I made the correct decision again to purchase my second Hyundai from Hyundai of La Quinta. My sale experience the second tme around was just as excellent as the first. Greg Dixon far exceeded my expectations with my sales experience. If you have any negative preconceived notions about dealing with a sales person, Greg Dixon and the staff will change that for you. He was extremely helpful with getting me the car I wanted at a price that I was more then happy with. I have purchased many new cars over the years and always have gone out of the area to buy a new car. My experience with dealers here were almost always negative and they were not willing to really deal on the price. Then I found Hyundai of La Quinta. My first Santa Fe was the most reliable car I have ever owned and expect no less from my new fully loaded Santa Fe Ultimate. I just want to thank everyone I was in contact with from the sales manager to the finance department and to greg Dixon for once again proving that buying a new car can be fun and STRESS FREE experience. I bring my vehicle in for service at this dealership as the technicians and service representatives are top notch, and the prices are reasonable. They always perform the repairs on budget and on time.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Recommendation is for Service Department ONLY, The Service Department personnel at the intake desk are friendly and quite competent in their work. They make the experience a positive one.

I like the vehicle a lot. Something I was wary about was the reliability as I had read reviews of the car losing power, the jerkiness of changing gear, and the crash detection sensor going off randomly. I had to replace the MAF sensor 3 times within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I then came to realize it appears to be an electrical fault, when the crash detection sensor goes off (randomly, usually in rain or bright sunlight) it creates an issue with the vehicle's performance. I have started turning off the sensor every time I get in the vehicle and haven't had a single performance issue since. Long road trips through Washington rain and sunny Arizona. Disappointing to have to be inconvenienced, but it's a two second fix when I start the vehicle for a wonderful and fun and sporty ride.

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

Overall, dealership was very easy to work with. Dealt with two people in sales, they were both great, Person who did the final purchase contract was great. All in all best and easiest time I have ever had buying a car.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

I bought my car brand new. I have had no issues with! I have kept up with maintenance! But I am at the age that I don’t like to drive anymore.
