I have been car shopping for over two years. Between pushy salespeople, price gouging, misinformation, lack of inventory and flat out lying, I had become very discouraged about finding a suitable replacement for my lovely old Subaru. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a 2017 Forester with low mileage pop up in my search, and at a fair price. I contacted Curbside, and received an almost immediate reply from Yuri. I've had my Patriot for about 3 yrs now. I purchased with 82K on it and am up to 98K. The CVT took a bit to get used to as far as being not very quick when accelerating. I'm used to it now and it keeps me from having a lead foot...lol. Otherwise I've had no major problems and it serves it's purpose and is good in the snow.

This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

Bought my new and fully loaded 4 wheel drive 8 cylinder hemi in 2006. It's 2022 and I just brought it in for its FIRST tune up. Granted it only has 64k miles on it, but the only issue I ever had was a break pad and tire change. Today my mechanic replaced all rubber tubes,belts and hoses, new a.t. tires as the ones I had were 9 years old, a tune up, and oil change, It's an eight cylinder 57? Hemi engine. He told me that its like new and should go 300k or more on the engine. I love my durango. It's the second one I've owned.

I was given this car back in November 2023. I owned the car for 1 year and 3 months. Loved the heated cloth seats. Drove from Washington to California and back no problem. Near the end I drove it though the Washington winter. I had to sell it because my mother wanted me to get a newer vehicle. A new driver is driving the car now. Highly recommend this car.

Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

I have been attempting to purchase a used car for a great deal for the past three months. I now have (unwanted) firsthand experience with the liars of the used car dealer industry in this area. Jeb, however, at Maple Leaf Motors in Spanaway, WA, was immediately responsive to my financial needs as well as my desire to purchase a vehicle that will hopefully last me far into my senior years. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles, and has offered to let me test drive a more that I have my eye on. He has been honest, up front, about everything, and I am relieved. Also, he has not been pushy either, but rather has just let me decide what I like or don't like. It's something I truly value in people who sell. And, he has been patient with me, which has eased my apprehension of even looking for a car! The back up crew had each vehicle ready for me to drive and made sure there was fuel in the tanks--so worrying about gas turned out to be the last thing on my mind, unlike many of the dealerships I had been to. Although a purchase is still in progress, I feel that, FINALLY, there is a dealership that actually cares about what is important to me. If I can find a vehicle there that fits my high expectations, I definitely will buy from them.

Had a 2005 Limited for five years and just replaced it with a 2008 Limited. The 2008 is better in every way. The 5.7l motor provides “muscle car” performance for this 6000lb SUV. You can fit 275/65/20 (34”) tires without modification - previous owner did a body color grill surround and LED headlights to upgrade the look. With a light foot i can average near 15 mpgs and up to 18 on the highway- not bad for something with the comfort and space of most living rooms lol. Easily the best vehicle I have owned in 40+ years of driving

I have owned two 2008 Saturn Vue. First one had a accident where was hit by a pickup truck doing roughly 45 mph, in the rear. The deck behind rear seats and chasis observed the impact. No one in car was hurt. Second Vue now has 213,000 miles on it. Just replaced replaced radiator. Replaced wheel bearing, caliper, rotors and tires all way around car. Good inexpensive transportation. Engine could use more guts. But it gets you down the road.

Great customer service! Tyler and Robert were easy to work with and put absolutely no pressure on us. The vehicles there range greatly in price and condition but they always allow for pre-purchase inspections with your own mechanic. That was really nice and we were able to get my daughter into a car that was safe and reliable. I bought my 2009 forester with 200k on the click. She was well locked after but has a few scratches here and there but paint work is still beautiful. Performance is great but she is heavy on fuel. This is expected from an AWD as the engine is pulling all 4 wheels continuously at the same time. No oil leaks, aircon works well. The only major issue I have had was the thermostat falling. I caused my radiator to crack due to pressure building up. I removed it and she is running perfectly. I live at the coast in South africa so our winter temp never drop below 10° and our summer average at 30°. Overall, I'll will be buying another forester with it's great space and power....love it

Tyler was great working worth it, no pressure to buy. Drove my new truck 3 days in a row before purchasing it. No pressure each time, had some issues and concerns. They addressed most issues I pointed out. Was able to make a deal on the truck I was happy with paying. I am a mechanic by trade, I looked this over before buying. There are cars/trucks at 507 that are cheap beaters and priced accordingly, but not much different from what i seen driving down Tacoma way and pac ave. They also have a good selection of nice cars, it’s a big used car lot. Just look over your vehicle you want, they will even let you Bring it to a mechanic to look it over. 507 is worth a Shot to at look see what they have!

This vehicle is amazing at its price. It has only one fault. It's mpg could be a little better. That's it. Period! I own two of these fine machines. They are reliable, rugged, capable, well designed, cool looking and who really cares if it doesn't have a vanity mirror? Really? People love their Xterras. At least they run regular gas, that helps!

I was looking for something for my grandson (cheap) and I saw the 1999 f250 which caught MY attention. It looked beautiful to me and when called about it… I was too late. So still looking for him because he is driving my F150 to Shelton until he finds a ride. At least he’s got job.? I've owned my 2011 Expedition XLT regular wheelbase since 2012 (leftover). Basic cloth seats, manual A/C and heavy duty towing. This SUV has been super reliable. Preventative maintenance and I do all myself. Oil at 5k using Ford blend 5-20 for 100k and now 5-30. 3rd set of plugs and 2nd set of coils. This is the brown plug boot engine which I believe all 2008+ Expeditions use. Trans fluid changed at 60k, 110k and now ready. Front brakes have been replaced many times as it's just the way these brake. No problem as I do it myself but some may not like this. Liftgate the usual paint peeling and I don't care. Hood also has some under the front and think the bug shield has prevented it from peeling in the top of the hood. I just added a nice touchcreen with back up camera since the green LED radio got real dim. I plan on driving this one for another couple yrs and up to at least 200k. It appears the 2010-12 are overall very reliable and since they have a steep depreciation, not bad to pick one up. Not IF AND ONLY IF the oil was maintained with proper and FREQUENT oil changes! The 2008+ Ford 5.4L 3Valve in general is a decent engine ONLY IF THE OIL has been changed!!! If not, set aside $7k for an engine swap.

Bought a 2009 6 cylinder Ford Escape LTD. Bought it used with about 68,000 miles in 2013. Loved the look and handling. Extremely reliable vehicle. Did regular maintenance, oil changes, tuneups, tire rotations, replaced tires twice, high speed wheel balances done with alignment, etc. Recently had an oil pan gasket replaced. Never any major repairs, except replaced the water pump x2. Once in 2018 at 150,000 miles again in 2024 at 208,348 miles. It always ran great. It was a southern car until 4 years ago. So, did not have a rust issue. Unfortunately, a Buck came out of nowhere last week after dark and totalled my beautiful Escape. I wasn't hurt. But, the frame was damaged and it was not worth repairing with 213,000 miles on it. I am sure it would have made it to 300,000. Trying to find another. But, live in the North now and rust is a major issue. Heartbroken! I wish Ford would go back to making this style of Escape and with the 2009 reliability. I am hoping to find a 2008 thru 2012. But, need the AWD version. The FWD wasn't great traction in the rare snow we had down South. But, still managed to get me home when a freak snowstorm hit...and everyone was following my car, lol.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

Owned for 6 years. Almost no maintenance required. Just oil changes, new brakes and tires at usual intervals. Great car. Runs well. Performs okay in snow. Better with snow or all season tires. 4 cylinder engine is fine for city use but not great when more power is needed for accelerating and highway passing. Design is good but becoming dated. Interior is good but some nice features are only found on the highest trim level, grand touring.

I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!
