We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Last month in July on a Saturday, our Ford truck stopped running while driving it, which was quite dangerous. We were 1 mile from Cisco Bay Ford and asked if they could take the vehicle for repair. We were told they wouldn't be able to look at it for 3 weeks. We had no choice but to leave the vehicle at that dealership. They were closed when we brought it. On Monday morning, we asked if they could look at the vehicle as it was disabled. They said "maybe by the end of the week". We were unable to get a rental from them and there were no rentals available in our area. We immediately called Quirk Ford in Hallowell (where we normally have our truck serviced). Josh was incredibly sympathetic and said he could look at it the following day. We paid for the tow. Early Tuesday morning, Josh called informing us it was an issue with wiring. The good news was we didn't need any parts but the repair was labor intensive and would take 1/2 day to complete. Josh went a step further and said if the service department closed before the repair was done, they would take payment over the phone and leave the keys in the truck so we could pick it up after hours when the repair was completed. We were incredibly impressed with Josh. He was professional, efficient and explained this dealership will purposely keep appointments open each day for disabled vehicles so they can repair them and get the customer back on the road. We can't say enough about this service department. They consistently go above and beyond. We live in the Yarmouth area now but decided to keep Quirk as our service dealership as no one can beat their service. Thank you Josh so much for the exceptional service you provided us. More importantly, thank you for communicating with us on a regular basis so we could remain informed about the completion of the repair. You not only looked at the vehicle immediately, you repaired it in the same day despite not having an appointment and the job taking hours to fix. We appreciated this more than you'll ever now. We are such a busy family and being without our vehicle would have been a huge hardship.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

From our first visit, we were made to feel very welcome. Our eventual salesperson, Ryan Fortin, was very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. Never did we feel that we were being steered toward options we did not want. Ryan took us on a couple of test drives, patiently demonstrating the features of the vehicle. The financial terms were handled by by Doug, and I felt they were very fair. All in all, it was a positive experience.

Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

After a lot of time and research we started our journey with a new Subaru Ascent. We then test drove 4 other vehicles and I didn't have the same feeling as I did in the Ascent. We originally were looking at a 2025; however, there was a beautiful new 2024 Subaru Ascent and that was the one! There is more room, I like the head space since we have some taller people in the family. We don't really use the third row, but it has come in handy and I am pleased with that. We keep it down a lot. As far as driving this vehicle, I am very comfortable and happy with this. You get a smooth ride with it and the engine has pick up when needed. This is my first keyless car; however, we had to have the remote start, we got spoiled. With that we needed to subscribe to Subaru and it was a small fee for 5 years, but there is a lot you can do on your phone. I like the screen and how well you can see while in reverse. I like the placement of the screen. I'm 5'2" and I can handle this vehicle and I am confident. Being short I liked that I can almost "kiss" the front and I am not tight and I can see clearly. My husband is taller and you have 2 presets for the driver's seat. One thing is that they offer a "refresher" type appointment and we went. It was one person who took us through our vehicle and the features and any questions that we had were answered. Had the questions been more important, I would have called his number ahead of time.

My first Subaru and I love it. Drives wonderful and is just perfect ❤️❤️. Handles with ease and very comfortable. So very happy with this one

The Subaru Outback is one of the best cars on the road. This car is definitely worth every penny that it costs. Performance at reliability cannot be underestimated. The company stands behind its warranty in every way. It’s like having a more expensive car without the hassle and expense!

I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

I recently traded in my 2022 Ascent for a similar 2023 model. The 2022 model had brakes issues/noises right from the beginning of ownership. Subaru gave me a great deal on the 2023 model. A number of improvement were found on the 2023 model. Obvious one is the exterior styling with new front grille, headlights and taillights. Interior improvements include updated Eyesight, quieter ride, better steering and brakes, larger multimedia screen including front and backup camera screens, driver profile system. A few other tweaks here and there, making the 2023 Ascent Touring a decent and very safe SUV. Not necessarily sporty or thrilling but perfect vehicle for commuting in town and long road trips.

This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I feel I was given the best deal and all my concerns were dealt with. Highly recommend this place

I came to Tucker Chevy from about 45 minutes away looking for a specific car I found online. The price was great, trade in value was good, and customer service was impeccable. Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

Purchase used with 48,000 miles. I now have 105,000 and it has not skipped a beat. I change the oil regularly ( do it myself) as the only downside to this engine is sludge. Change the oil regularly and you are looking at 300,000 with no problem whatsoever
