I was looking for a very specific vehicle with a set price I wanted to spend and cash in hand for the down payment. As always car buying is a hectic process. The customer wants a deal and the dealership wants to turn profit as much as possible. I worked with Jared Lyons and everything was a breeze. I told him my buying parameters and asked him straight up if it worked. He told me yes and proved it, I was in and out in 2 hours with the exact vehicle I wanted. The customer service was great and all the staff I interacted with were pleasant and welcoming. I really liked the updated technology that streamlined the paperwork process. I couldn’t be happier and I plan on making this my premier dealership for my next vehicle.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

This visit was for servicing due on my 2015 GMC Seirra, oil/filter change and tires rotation. Scheduling the appointment was as easy as a phone call and was willing to work with me at my preferred availability. Upon arriving it was a pleasure meeting Katy in the service center, whom I've known and trusted throughout the years of service since purchasing this truck from this dealership under a different owner. Seeing her for me is a testimony to her dedication to customer satisfaction and loyalty to the functionality of this department. I have always been treated respectfully, courteously and made to feel like a valved person and customer.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

My overall experience was excellent! Sales were not pushing, GM financial had great rates. And Allstar work with me to get what I needed in my vehicle. Easiest car purchase I have every made. I have dealt with Nissian, Toyota, and Cadillac, Allstart was by far best!

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

They were very professional , and very knowledgeable of the work they had to do for me , and they did it in a timely manner

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Tabitha, Danielle and the service department were amazing in trying to replace the factory wheels after my accident. They will continue to be the service department of choice on both our ford vehicles. Ford is the failure here on the timeliness of the replacement and the wheels still not an exact match.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. Everything I marked above is definitely true and more. I would highly recommend this auto to everyone interested in buying one. Believe the right ups on this auto that others have also made.

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

On my 7th one. That should say it all. Quality crafted, full of great features, super smooth ride and plenty of room for up to 8 people plus a ton of gear.

We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

It is a reliable vehicle I use for my field trips as a Scientific Researcher in the University. Performance and Reliability are the Hallmarks. It takes you there and Back with no worries of being left midstream.

Lane was great at showing us all the features. This is like our 6 or 7 new vehicle that we have bought from Allstar. Have always been pleased with the friendliness of all of their employees.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

Sent out a review for a used car since my older civic finally hit the curb. I was almost immediate replied to by one of thier internet Sales, Meg. She not only sent me all the information about the car and truck I inquired about, she also sent me a video of herself and the two vehicles I wanted to look at. That showed me I wasn't just another customer, but that they cared about earning my business. Meg took the time to work around my busy schedule for a time that worked for me. She didn't "harass" me at all, and that alone was the biggest reason I was looking forward to visiting this dealership. I was then passed on to a salesman by the name of Jamie and he also exceeded the exspectations! Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.
