The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

We drove 2 1/2 hours one way to a dealership we had never seen, not knowing what to expect. I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I've just purchased a car. While I haven't taken delivery as of yet the interactions with sales personnel and financial personnel have been stellar. Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

We didn't end up getting a van there or anywhere. We loved their helpfulness with trying to get us the best loan possible and low payments but in the end the lender not the dealer just couldn't give us the low payment that we needed to get a van. So we are still saving and hope that with more of a down payment we can have a newer van by this summer from them. Again so kind and helpful can't wait to work with them again.

More power than a v8. Rides like a dream. Every luxury you could want. This car has never given us any problems and is absolutely the best for a long road trip.

My wife and I bought two cars at the same time, and we dealt with the entire Hagan family, both at their new location in Chatham, as well as their location in Girard. Andrew Hagan and his parents were extremely helpful through the whole process. Andrew coordinated everything we asked for (test drives, car fax reports, etc.) quickly and professionally. Andrew's parents were also very polite and helpful. I felt like I always received honest and thorough answers about every car I wanted to check out. Once we chose vehicles that we wanted, Andrew and the dealership was very accommodating and assisted us through the entire sale process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. There were a few fairly minor issues with the cars post-sale (like with any used car). Andrew always got back to me and completely took car of all of the issues, either himself, or through one of the dealers/shops he regularly uses. I have already recommended the Hagan's dealerships to people I've talked to who are looking for cars for all of the reasons written above, and I would highly recommend Andrew Hagan and his family if you are in search of a used car. I looked at many other dealerships, and none of them came close to the Hagan's in terms of earning my trust, and the level of service provided.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

I was leaving for a week on vacation when my car started acting up. I called Russ (my salesman from a year ago) and he had me drop it off that Saturday. The Service Department looked at it on Wednesday, ordered the part and fixed my car before I returned from vacation at no cost to me as it was covered under my powertrain warranty. I was super excited that they went above and beyond to bring my car home for me. I want to personally thank Derrick (hopefully I spelled it right) for keeping me updated while I was in Tennessee and for making sure everything went smoothly. Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

Smoky Jennings in Palmyra has phenomenal customer service. I went in for an oil change and was told the 4th oil change was free. I was shocked but pleased and when they brought my car around it had just been washed. Wow-I was impressed with their customer service. They continually exceed my expectations!!! Amazing employees and service!!!! As a side note, the woman I met while waiting was from Godfrey which is approximately 50 minutes away and she ALWAYS comes to Smoky Jennings because of the great service!!! We both appreciate great customer service and I know I'll will definitely buy my next vehicle there!!!
