I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I LOVE this vehicle. I am the second owner and my daughter and I have had so much fun on trips camping, actually climbing mountains in 2wd in the summer and setting up camp above. Best vehicle yet and my last one was the Subaru WRX. Totally different vehicle and to be fair... I also drove it differently. Love Ella's!

I have owned a 2013 Rogue for 10 years. It has traveled north, south, east and west multiple times with no issues until just now. Catalytic Converter and a run in with a deer. Would i get another one? Absolutely.

This is a great car, nice handling , nice hieght but many sensors but good 4matic .... The off road capability is awesome that you don't even need to engage the ausxilary which is just a button away on the dash

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Great Experience! We drove from Upstate New York to Harrisburg, PA to purchase a vehicle that we found online. It was exactly as represented in the advertisement and Joey was extremely easy to work with - the transaction was completed quickly - great dealership!

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

The service was quick, efficient and organized. Sefik was our dealer who reviewed all paperwork and considerate of our time. We would return when looking for our next car.

She's the best little Jeep ever. She spends a lot of time up in the mountains of Northern Utah and I have never had any problems. I drive her to work and back every day and she is as reliable as a brand new car. She's just a great vehicle to own

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. I bought my 2009 forester with 200k on the click. She was well locked after but has a few scratches here and there but paint work is still beautiful. Performance is great but she is heavy on fuel. This is expected from an AWD as the engine is pulling all 4 wheels continuously at the same time. No oil leaks, aircon works well. The only major issue I have had was the thermostat falling. I caused my radiator to crack due to pressure building up. I removed it and she is running perfectly. I live at the coast in South africa so our winter temp never drop below 10° and our summer average at 30°. Overall, I'll will be buying another forester with it's great space and power....love it

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

I am blown away by the customer service at I-Deal Cars. Alan was so attentive and patient with me, as I know nothing about cars. He guided me toward a safe car for my teenager and made sure that everything was right. When there was an issue with the car, he addressed it and fixed it free of charge.

I have purchased cars from these guys over the years with great results. I recently purchased a 2006 Acura MDX with 193,000 miles. The miles scared me a little bit but the one owner car has all of the service records from the Acura dealership and runs great. My last car was a BMW X5 and that thing was a money pit! Constant repairs. This Acura has all of the features that the BMW had (heated leather seats, rear view camera, bluetooth, etc) with a 6 cylinder, 24 valve V Tech engine that is as fast as the BMW V8 engine at about half the cost of gasoline. Don't let the high miles scare you. These guys only purchase vehicles that meet their strict guidelines. They have been in the business for many decades and they know how to pick good cars. I waited 2 months before putting this review and I like the car even more than when I first purchased it. No problems at all. Keep up the good work guys. It's hard to find trustworthy dealers anymore.

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

I live across the state from I-Deal and bought a car from them. It started with a walk around video, then I got a pre purchase mechanic to look at it, then the paperwork and finally shipping. I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.

Bought it almost new (2600miles) in 2013. Longest car I ever kept. It’s fun to drive, comfortable, solid, nibble in and out of traffic, good in snow and rain. Excellent on hills because of the turbo engine and regularly beat the high end BMW, Audi MB and Lexus. costs a little more cause it needs premium gas. One tune up every year and every time the mechanic told me transmission, brake, muffler, tailpipe, timing belt all good. So far one major repair of gaskets because of water leak at $2000 and regular tires battery . Will keep until we are forced to go EV

This was my best experience ever when buying a car. The guys here were great and helpful and they didn’t hassle us or hover over us while we were looking at the vehicle. They had a ton of knowledge and got us the best deal. They also went above and beyond and filled the gas tank up for us. This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.
