This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

I do not normally do reviews unless service is awesome or very very poor. So anyway if you are looking for a friendly, no pressure and willingness to please this is the dealership to visit. As most may say I can be hard to please as I know exactly what I am looking for what I will compromise on and what I will stand firm with when it comes to purchases especially vehicles. So I had been looking around for the vehicle I wanted (FYI I will be paying cash no financing) locally with no one wanting to work with me on price which I will not give on once I decided how much I want to spend so next I was thinking of going to Shrevport but wanted to visit Jim Taylor first which I am SO HAPPY that I did just that. Here is my experience from beginning to end with the most awsome salesman 'Dante Ferrand, Sr." greeting me upon arrival and listening to me as I told him what I was looking for in my new vehicle. So mind you it is extremely hot with Dante having to work outside to assist me along with my pickiness with the most pleasant attitude as we look at many vehicles then I found the one I wanted but someone was going to call that day to let the dealership know if they were still interested. Now, at first you would think that they should sell to the person there with the money but one of the reasons this place is so great is they actually said by their word literally. Well the next thing I know is that the manager Erik Etzel whom is another awesome staff member found me exactly what I wanted and sold it to me at an awesome price. So instead of dealing locally I will be back at Jim Taylor when I need to purchase another vehicle and referring them to everyone. Thank you Jim Taylor for caring about customer care along with quailty with out the huge pricing.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

My experience at Interstate Hyundai dealership was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made my buying a new 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy a joy!!! I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

Fast and friendly service, staff was nice and took care of me without an appointment. I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I originally went to get my 2015 Hyundai Tuscan serviced and I decided to go browsing to see what they had to offer. The staff were amazing and they answered all my questions. I decided to purchase the 2023 Hyundai Tuscan and I am in love with it.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

September 29th I had a horrible car accident and completely damaged my car. Thankfully I walked with no injuries. October 4th I did an inquiry on the internet about a Jeep Patriot... October 7th I responded with calling Angelo Frazier. He drove the car to me the same day to test drive. October 8th I completed my application. October 9th I was driving my Jeep home!! I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

I had a notification pop up on my vehicle stating that my oil level was low. I still showed I had 12% usage left, but called and took truck to dealership due to my husbands health issues and I didn't need my truck out of commission. It was 45 minutes before they closed and the Service Tech got me in and they did an emergency oil change to get me back on the road. I appreciate their help as I can't afford to be without my truck.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

The company I work for has Bought Several cars and trucks from Clayton the manager at this store and when he was at the G.M.C store in Monroe. He makes the process so easy. He totally takes care of the entire sales process. We will only by from a store where Clayton works. And I know a lot of other people that feel the same way. Thank You Clayton. Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
