My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

I don't often write reviews, but I absolutely have to share my recent experience with Goss in South Burlington. After I experienced a series of unfortunate events with my new RAM truck, I decided to try to reach out to the management at Goss for help. I was blown away by the response. Within no more than 30 minutes of sending an email, I received a reply from the General Manager/Owner himself. Brian said he would review my case with his management team and get back to me right away. He called that same afternoon and I got to speak, not only with him but also to his management staff that he had on the line. Incredible! They carefully listened to my situation and then, within days, resolved all of the issues to my complete satisfaction. They didn't stop there. Mike, the Service Department Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty and worked for weeks with RAM to provide me a means to restore my complete confidence in my new truck. I've been purchasing cars for well over four decades now and this was, without question, the best service I've ever received from any dealership. They treated me more like a good friend than just a customer. They were not satisfied until they knew for certain I was satisfied. Thanks to them, I can now fully enjoy my new truck. This was not the only great experience I've had with Goss. I was having a hard time finding the exact truck I wanted, but both John and Vince from the sales team worked tirelessly and with extraordinary patience until they found me the perfect truck at a great price. No other dealership that I had contacted in all of Vermont even came close to their dedication. I don't see how it could be possible for any auto dealership to treat their customers with better respect and service than I received from Goss. What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

The wait for our F350 is over! We needed a bigger truck to pull our 38? 5th wheel RV. Who could have ever imagined what craziness and uncertainty was happening to the auto industry in 2021 and 2022! We did the full ?pandemic panic search? covering every local dealer then expanded our search to every other manufacturer on the east coast. You could cut the bull crap with a knife, every dealership you spoke to had a different version of why they had ?special fees? over the window sticker price, ranging from 5,000.00 to 15,000.00. We heard the most ridiculous reasons from special finishes and undercoatings to fees and taxes We wasted a lot of time and put ourselves through a great deal of stress and frustration. Bottom line even though it took 7 months for our truck order to arrive, which we customized for our needs and wants. This is no fault of the auto dealers. Most importantly we received honest and accurate updates along the way from the team at Egglefields in Elizabethtown NY. We worked directly with Pat Farrell who helped us customize our order. Pat kept us updated along the way and provided us with excellent customer service. Cory Eggelfield the owner made sure he honored the original quote we were given even though prices had increased during our wait. To me this speaks volumes about integrity. The team at Egglefield has been outstanding. Our F 350 XLT is beautiful. The gas 10 Speed is unbelievable in the power and it?s handling. I don?t even know I am hauling a big 5th wheel. We have the bed camera which helps immensely with attaching the unit to the hitch. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to help you get your next ford vehicle. I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I have no had this car too long. So far, so good. But I have owned previous Escapes. Lots of added features on this one!

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Top notch features, extremely comfortable. Air suspension is a game changer. Higher ride, effortless for road trips. Tech is top notch too, wish it had wireless CarPlay.

Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.
